This is the second time I have employed Talbots to deal with housing matters which goes right back to when they were Tanfields (Dudley). They are an excellent firm, trustworthy and very diligent. I particularly want to express my thanks to Francesca Goga who was very efficient throughout. She explained legal matters to me in language that I could understand and gave very honest assessments of any potential difficulties. Her communication skills were excellent throughout. She was very ably assisted by Megan Hartley who was a great help. They both played their part in ensuring that the whole process was completed efficiently and with the minimum of problems. I commend Talbots to anyone looking for Conveyancing Solicitors whose work is excellent.

They didn’t respond to all my communication. Quickly There were some delays in some responses but when it came down to the final few weeks, everything was fantastic.

Sadly - the lack of communication , the lack of replying to emails or phone calls , clearly not reading emails or attachments which you then ask for items to be sent it , when they already have causes unnecessary delays , this was also experienced by the estate agents who also found the service to be poor - I do wonder if having a trainee solicitor as the primary person dealing with the house sale may have contributed to this - needless to say I won’t be using Talbots law again

Great experience! Super helpful but did require a fair bit of chasing in terms of getting replies to emails. I'd have to bring up a few days later because I wouldn't hear back. All in all ensured that things were kept moving and easy to deal with.
