We are in the calling card business for decades now & we would love to look into the issue you have faced.

If it says the pin is wrong, it seems you have bought a rechargeable calling card where the access numbers are differnet.

Dear Mr. Mirza,

Thank you for bringing this to our notice.

We do provide Free Phone, London access and Local Access numbers where a user can choose the number themselves, so you must try the number which is included in your mobile/landline contract to get connected to.
Once you connect with the access line and enter the calling card pin number, you need to enter the number you wish to dial in the standard international format starting with 00********
We need to check what actually happened, so please send us the calling card details along with your number and the complete destination number to cs-cards@talkhome.co.uk so that it can be investigated and fixed.
You can also request a refund through the same email address.
