I had a problem with the delivery company DPD and my parcel went back. This was rectified immediately and the guys re-sent my delivery free of charge, straight away. Excellent customer service.

The customer service was outstanding

The customer service was outstanding. Got a new tattoo machine that was a bit damaged phoned up and they were totally understandable about my concerns sent machine back on the Thursday and had a perfect new machine delivered on the Saturday. This was only the 1st time I have ever used tattoo everything and I can honestly say I will be using them from now on.

My first order

Made my first order with this company and from placing order to getting the delivery everything was amazing and the free sweet was a very nice touch and then not long after receiving order the company rang me to make sure everything was good with the order and if I had any concerns or if I had any questions and to contact them in the future if I had any question which I thought was amazing of the company to do and felt very welcome by the company

I have always enjoyed purchasing from your store. Your shipping rates are the most affordable I have come across. Although, for some products, I have to rely on other suppliers, as their shipping costs are exorbitant. The prices they charge for shipping are so high that I could buy an airline ticket from the Isle of Man to the mainland for a cheaper price. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great service you provide.
