Tattoo removal is a gradual process. Our product has been scientifically formulated to show noticeable fading typically between 6 to 9 months — not in 2 or 3. You mentioned using the cream only for a “few months,” which unfortunately is not long enough for the active ingredients to work effectively.

Consistency and time are key. Just like laser treatment, real results require commitment over time. This is clearly stated in our usage guidelines, FAQ, and even on our product packaging.

We do not currently ship to your country. Your name and order details do not appear in our customer database, and your location is not supported on our checkout. This alone raises serious doubts about the authenticity of your review.

Customs fees: We clearly state during checkout and in our shipping policy that we only ship within the UK. Therefore, claims about unexpected import fees or customs charges from UPS simply don’t apply — because we didn’t ship to you.

No record of communication: You mention we “didn’t reply” — however, we’ve found no support ticket, email, or message from you regarding any broken product or refund request. We always respond to genuine customer concerns — quickly and fairly.

Damaged packaging: Again, this appears to be fabricated. If a parcel had arrived damaged and was within the UK, we would have resolved it immediately — as we’ve done for others.

We take false reviews very seriously. If you are a real customer (and not someone trying to discredit a growing brand).

Until then, your review remains flagged for investigation — and potential removal — due to clear misinformation.
