What a great experience so far. The driver was super polite and listened to our request about parking the box with no fuss. He generously gave my niece and nephew little taxibox trucks as he heard them while delivering the box. It was so easy to organise, now I just need to fill it!

Our Taxi Box team member was on time, quick, efficient and friendly. Very impressed with the service all round.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Lots of communication which is key, very good staff both on the phone and in the trucks and a playful online style that would resonate with a ton of people who are looking for this service. 10/10

We didn’t want it on our driveway but after Eddie explained that he can’t place it on a slope, we were happy with that decision. I had to empty my taxi box and Eddie stayed back to help me, while everyone went home. It was Friday afternoon, hot 🥵 and he still went above and beyond. He was friendly and polite even if I had a bad review of the company which I don’t, he alone would have reversed my view. This world needs more Eddies Thanks again you are a legend.
