Ordered a garden store. Bolt came apart after a few days. When I complained by phone received no apology but a defensive reply asking me to send a photo of the faulty part. This was done but no response for a fortnight! Following second phone call they found the e-mail in a 'back-up file!' Promised that a new bolt would be delivered by courier the next day. 6 days later and still waiting! Lousy service.

Painful to talk to, no idea about the products and totally wanging it - so much doubt in their voices - i would love to see the the refund policy - shocking !

I have just bought and assembled a dual wheelie bin chest from Taylors garden buildings. The item arrived in good time and included all the necessary parts, including ironmongery and clear assembly instructions.
It looked really good until today when, for the first time, I opened it up to remove a bin, only to have a corner post and door to fall off! On inspection I saw that the corner post had been fitted to the side panel (by the factory) using only staples, which is totally unsatisfactory when considering the size and weight of the door. I will be able to fix it, but it is disappointing to have to correct such a bad design having paid some £250.00 for the item.

I bought a summerhouse from Taylorsgardenbuildings and can say, hand on heart, the experience from start to finish was great.
I dealt with a man called Tom who was very professional and everything happened when it was supposed to.
The summerhouse is fantastic quality and the fitting team were a pleasure to deal with. I had a call a few days before to confirm they were coming, they arrived and assembled the summerhouse with a cup of tea and were gone. Very polite and very professional.
The summerhouse is great, it was well priced and dealing with Taylors was easy.
I will say i did my research and called about 7 different companies asking for quotes before i bought from Taylors Garden Buildings. 4 didn't reply, 2 didn't seem bothered and i had to chase them, but Taylors were great and really friendly.

Like other customers writing reviews here, we also had to pay nearly £3000 up front for a small (4.5m x 4.5m) outside cabin. We paid this in mid June. Our landscaper started work in August with a view to finishing the job by the end of August. We were told a maximum of 8 week delivery, so expected delivery mid August. Our landscaper attempted a number of conversations with Taylors (one of which resulted in them rudely putting the phone down on him!) to establish when this building would be delivered and they couldn't tell us! We were into the 2nd week in September and they still couldn't give us a delivery date.
We have since cancelled the order and have gone direct to the manufacturer of the buildings whilst also saving us a couple of hundred quid (which we don't pay until the building is ready to deliver!).
Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company. You will only have stress... Note that there are very few positive reviews about this company.

Paid £4300 up front for a log cabin. Once pallets opened, two logs damaged, have waited more than two weeks before company send replacements, building instructions appear inadequate, many parts exist which are not included in the instructions and instructions as they are appear to make buildinbg a different size to plan which leaves me as customer wondering if I have built a sub frame to correct dimensions. Customer support is slow to respond and manger Mr Turner even slower, even when I get a promise he will call. When he replied he does not answer key questions asked. Website is littered with guff about quality of their customer service standards......don't beleive it. As to whther I have bought a good product or a lemon....the jury is still out as I have yet to hear from the company as to what the delivery date will be for replacement logs, yet to grapple with inadequate instructions and further support likjely to be needed as a result and yet to see the finished article. Pretty poor for an item costing £4300, roughly half the price of a new car!!

Initially sent without fittings or instructions.
Fitting instructions poor, one A4 sheet of paper which only a fitter would be able to decipher.
Bought Tuin Grande Gazebo, oringinally quoted £400 fitting by the company which fitter increased to £568 (price confirmed in text) when it was identified that the gazebo needed concreting into the ground.
However, this rose to £605 on the day. I challenged the fitter on this and he mumbled something about some other item purchased but which he had no receipt for. This price was not including the £16 cost of sand and cement that I had to provide.
Beware of fitting costs when buying one of these products as it bumps up the price of your purchase.
If I had known cost of fitting initially, I would have had second thoughts so be warned.
