They constantly preach sticking to the process and “trust the data” on the backtest data is the motto that is repeated like a cult.

The truth is, probably a lot of the good reviews here are in exchange for goodies that were created during calls for bonuses in exchange for reviews.

The other truth is that the sect-like cult leads to ruin because the process is nothing more than a martingale strategy with which, sooner or later, you can only lose.

While the above refers to POW BANKER EA, with Red Alert EA it is the case that only strategies with a “wide stoploss” are convincing, whereby there is often a poor risk to reward ratio of 7:1. You can imagine for yourself what this means when day X comes.

Significant loss, whether with Banker or red alert, that is my experience.

I am happy to be proven wrong, but I have found better alternatives with a positive RR ratio and I would no longer want to waste my time.

I've tried my hand at trading for a few years, now, but always struggled with the psychological side. Since joining POW they've helped me understand how to manage my emotions and approach algo trading with date driven decisions. I can't believe the difference it's made. Trading feels more structured.

The only one who is making are them, with all the affiliates. If there is something wrong, then they will say that it is you, and not their systems or them!

Sine joining POW my approach has become more disciplined, and I've stopped making impulsive trades that used to ruin my progress. I finally feel like I'm on the right track and I can leave my accounts just to run. My £1K account is up 22% in 3 months as I build my confidence for prop trading.

POW's helped me understand how me understand how my mindset impacts my decisions. The coaching and training on decision making and control have been eye-opening, and my trading has become much more consistent. If you're looking to improve your approach to trading, POW is the way to go the support and training are the best for sure-most of the stuff I didn't know before I just used to add an ea and a set file and wonder why it just didn't work. POW teaches you how to backtest properly which helps consistency. I use Red Alert too for news and used this on my FTMO which helps consistency. Awful experience!

POW have recently put their prices up and changed their structure and offering. Fair one, that’s appreciated and expected as a business.

What isn’t expected is the god awful sales process they have now implemented. I mean what sort of self respecting ‘trader’ would start divulging to questions about their financial, time and mindset hardships, trying to find a pinch point to manoeuvre me into a position of buying as if POW hold the golden ticket.

I used to be a member of POW mainly due to their relatability, reliability and altogether friendliness. It’s evident this has now been lost and the corporate structure has taken hold. An extreme shame for something which really was ‘the peoples’ trading tool is now part of some form of global (probably American judging by the god awful sales script you’re rolling out) machine. Don’t forget your roots and stay humble guys!

It worked for a bit then set files would not work . I only tried on a demo so lost no money .

You have to re optimise your set files every x amount of weeks . To do this you need a decent computer with a lot of power as it takes forever otherwise .

Not worth the money you pay to have to sit optimising set files , for them not to work after 2/3 weeks .

Optimising the set files honestly took days , only for them to stop working after a week or two . it wasn’t explained I would need a high powered computer or pay even more money to use a decent vps to do this .

I gave this a go thinking it was different from other EAs but unfortunately it’s too much of an inconvenience optimising set files every week or so .

100% the real deal. Do not bother looking at all other EA’s!
First prop firm payout after only 6 weeks.
Cannot say enough good things about these guys.

I am here to try and heed new / unexperienced traders to not use this EA and help them avoid losing money.

This is not the holy grail, there is no holy grail. I consider myself to be an intelligent person and am NOW a consistently profitable trader, but only because I left POW and traded on my own.

The prop space has changed - it's about 10x more difficult now to trade with an EA anywhere, and now there are only a handful of firms.

The amount of money I have seen literally 100s of people lose with this EA on the discord via:

*Copy trading POW accounts that then blow
*Using cent accounts that then blow
*Blown funded challenges

Is astronomical. Look at the funded traders chat on discord - nobody is posting payouts, and nobody new is going in there. Why ? Because it's not happening.

This review will get a well written response about support, 1-1 calls etc, blah blah. You may get it to work, over time, but it will cost you a lot of time and money.

In the beginning I even lost money due to the EA glitches (removing itself from charts on a Sunday... surely that should be tested before you let clients loose with live funds ?).

Anyway, if I hadn't used this EA and traded on my own from the beginning, I would have been profitable A LOT faster.

It's your money, if you want to give it away to Darren & the markets then feel free, but I would STRONGLY advise against it.

POW empowers me to create my own revenue streams! Not a course with upsells. It is for people who are willing to put in the work and create EAs that are unique to you, according to your own risk appetite and constraints. The POW team, in addition to Darren, are ever ready to help, and the community is just as helpful. Even a silent reader like myself benefits a lot from their sharing. No more dodgy prop firms and platforms. Happy to be in control my own multiple income streams - my way.

You have to spend the time and put in the effort. If you are looking for a "quick and easy" money making solution (which does not exist anywhere, by the way) then POW is not for you. If you are looking for a MUCH more effective and simpler way to build EA's that work, POW is for you. Awesome community. But again, give yourself a few months of focus and learning and understanding. You will not be "given" EA's on a platter. But you will learn to create your own.

Lots of potential but more needs to be done.

I was able to retire my parents with this system. Great community and support for all your questions. There is really not much that isn't good.

The best trading environment/community. The system and approach are evolving nonstop.

I have not tried any other EA that comes with this amount of tools and awsome programs on top of the EA like pow provides with banker.
