One month to process order and still waiting to see when it arrives. All for one iPhone case.

They barely communicated to me and took 2 months to "make" the phone case. I emailed techy pop after 1 and a half months and they said it was going well and there makeing it. Than I've day they cancelled my order but never told me, I emailed them again, and they said they can't make it because they can't costimize it. ????? There's a customize option!??? my phone isn't even that weird of a phone! It's average size and has a average camera placement. They should've already said that to me when they saw my order! or even when I emailed them?!?!? Do NOT recommend, a waist of time.

Terrible company with bad service. My girlfriend bought a case a month ago and no response or updates.

My order still hasn't come, and it's been a month now. I paid for shipping to be here on time. I've tried to contact them, and they don't answer.

Phone case arrived looking really pretty and got to enjoy it not even a month in because of phone breaking unexpectedly and I couldn’t have it repaired either. So I was emailing their customer support to request for a phone case model exchange for when I get a new phone. The phone case was still in good condition so I was really hopeful that they’d entertain my request given that I’d only have to pay for the return fee etc. on top of returning the actual product too. They were getting back to me on email fairly quick as I explained the reason for wanting a return & exchange, but they didn’t really care to thoroughly assess my situation as a baseline for the product return. In the end they blew me off and told me to just buy a new one on their website even though it clearly says on their return & exchange policy that they’d entertain this.

Loving my new case its so gothic vibes and nice feeling with it. I enjoy having this phone case 10/10 phone case

LOVE this brand and all of their cases!! i used my first case for over 2 years and my phone was never cracked. i also got CONSTANT compliments every time i went out- genuinely everyone loves these cases as much as i do! just got my second case in a new color and already love it.

Love the case but will try a different one next time. The work put into this shows.

Amazing brand with great customer service, i really love the uniqueness and amazing designs they offer to their customers. i’ve never gotten so many compliments on a phone case until having one from techy pop. I love this brand a lot!! Highly recommend to all my friends and those who ask about the case. it gets brought up a lot once i pull it out my pocket, it’s very eye catching, literally lol.

wow! i love this case so much, and it's just the case i've been looking for to match my aesthetic. I thought that the case would be somewhat heavy but the case is lightweight, which is perfect to go in my pocket.

i love the phoncase it fits my aesthetic really well and i love the textures on the phone case, when holding the phone case i done even need like a popsocket because the texture makes the phone more grippy 10/10 would recommend:3
