I ordered two items from the company. Both of the proofs did not represent what was delivered. There was no ability to communicate because they did not answer any of the chat messages even when I reported the sellers. The way they solved a mistake in their rendering was not something I wouldâve wanted and before it was made, I tried to communicate with them. To no avail.

I lost my dog to cancer and wanted to memorialize her with a stained glass. Unfortunately it arrived in pieces.
