Harry Calder acted for me with my divorce, and was extremely efficient, helpful, but most of all kind. He explained the whole process in easy to understand language, was always happy to re-explain things at each point when I'd forgotten what was due to happen next, was reassuring when I was worried I'd done something wrong, and always answered my emails quickly. He made what could have been a stressful situation much easier, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ola assisted me in my redundancy recently. I felt she was very attentive and was with me the whole way- Ola was available when I needed advice, and always responded to emails quickly.

Really awful experience with this firm. I would read the will in full and ask the right questions. I didn't realise they put a will together that benefits them financially and does not put the need of the client first. When we complained, we got a fob off and inaccurate detail. So disappointed, we went to these people because we thought they were professional; crossing arms and refusing to bind our will to what we want financially is alot of things and professional is not one of those. Ask the right questions.

Catherine Banks and her team have been absolutely outstanding during a stressful sale, which should have been straightforward for everyone, but turned out to be tricky.

We spent an entire month chasing the conveyancing team just to get through the onboarding process, with little to no response. After all that, we were finally told they wouldn’t proceed due to historic crypto transactions. If that’s an issue, it should be made clear upfront—not after a month of wasted time. Leaving clients completely in the dark while they chase daily for updates is unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Joshua and team were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the Divorce negotiation and processing phases. All communication was timely and responses to questions posed were thorough and concise. The various documents I requested Joshua's drafting of were completed to the required level of accuracy and all non-standard/Legal language was clearly explained to me where my complete understanding/agreement was required.

The two lady's I initially spoke to Jade and Sadie were wonderful, exceptionally polite and friendly. They really are a credit to the company in my opinion.
I had a call from a lady called Vicky, who could not even have the decency to address me by my name and instead addressed me from the town I lived in, which was in a patronising tone. There is a way to deliver information. No matter of the role/ expertise, at bare minimum I expect to be spoken to with an ounce of respect, as should anyone. The way Vicky had spoken to me was extremely disrespectful and rude.

Joshua and Caitriona are both exceptional solicitors who truly listen and guide you through the most challenging times of your life. I feel you receive honest, straightforward advice from them, coupled with genuine kindness, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure,They are a great source of support when you need it most.

Caitriona, Emily and the team from Chelmsford Tees all contributed to a smooth process in an unknown area to myself. Good communication as always, as we have used the firm before.
