I am pleased to say my experience with Tees Law at both the Saffron Walden and Cambridge office was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Throughout my case the solicitor, Angela Togher was approachable, efficient and professional in the advice and help she provided. She was also quick to return emails and phone calls throughout. I would definately use the company again.

trusts and trustees
Tees were invaluable in unpicking a compliated tax and inheritance trail, where several of the older generation had died.
This enabled us to properly state various shares of the inherited property, and understand some of the relevant trust law.
Nice people and enviable clarity in what they said and did.
I would use them again.

Some basic mistakes made (eg different figures for sale value in the same document) and mixed response times in turning around. I would not use them again.

Slow
My partner and I came to Tee’s law for a conveyancing solicitor to exchange in our first house. The process was very smooth, hassle free and straight forward with the guidance given. However we were not impressed with the lack of communication from the firm as we were speaking to multiple employees and the email chain was convoluted by different paralegals requesting different items. I believe this delayed the process which did not make the completion timely. Personally I will be using different solicitors in the future.
