I’m really pleased to hear your order arrived quickly, but I’m very sorry the products aren’t suitable for your hair. Please be assured that we offer a 90 day returns policy and you’re more than welcome to return the items for a full refund.

I'm also really sorry to hear that the teeth of the side combs has bent. Our French Essentials collection comes with a 6 month guarantee. All we require is a photo of the faulty item to save you having to return anything and we'll be more than happy to issue a replacement pair right away. If you can please contact us via our live chat or by email (info@tegenaccessories.co.uk) and we'll resolve this for you right away.

The pricing of our products reflects the quality of craftsmanship and materials, with many of our pieces handmade in France by skilled artisans. Thank you for your kind comments about the Waved French Hair Pin and I’ll make sure to share your feedback on the other products with our French workshop right away.

I'm sorry to hear about the customs fee. This charge is applied by the government of the destination country for international shipments, and unfortunately, as a small independent business, we're unable to cover these costs. We do mention this on our checkout and delivery information pages but I’m very sorry if it wasn’t clear at the time of purchase.

My sincere apologies again for any inconvenience caused and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Our French Handmade collection is covered by a 1 year guarantee. In line with our company guidelines to proceed, we simply need a photo of the faulty item to save you the trouble of having to return it in the post and information regarding the original order. Once we have received these details, we will of course promptly arrange a replacement for you.
