I made a purchase and contacted the within 30 minutes to cancel or get help. Been waiting for several days to get a respons. Nothing yet so far. No phonenumber, no chat. Just emailadress which they do... ãã£ãšèŠã

Thank you for your review! Because we did not know the seating preferences of most of our clients, we tried to send different seats to clients with three day passes. This way you could watch the tournament from different angles.

We are sorry to read that you are unhappy with our service! Tennis Ticket Service is ticket reseller, which means that we purchase and sell our tickets on the secondary market. Because we purchase our tickets on the secondary market we also pay a lot more than the original ticket price to our suppliers. This is one of the reasons why our prices are higher than the original price.

My only wish would have been for better communication about at what time door opens bs at what time the match starts.

To some of the events on our website, we did already add the starting time and tournament schedule. We are currently working on adding this information to all other events as well.

The prices on our website are, among other things, based on the demand and supply for the tickets. This is the reason that the prices may vary from day to day. In the case of the Laver Cup the prices changed a lot the closer we got to the event.
