Typical bowling centre. Understaff and staff not that worried about customer service (long waits at reception, food left without checking anything is needed, long waits at bar to get condiments for food).
Reasonable value (when booked with offer), kids happy at experience.

Great environment
Great environment - safe and engaging for my 2 year old. We’ve been twice now and the staff member remembered us! The soft play is away from the lanes so you have plenty of space and it’s quiet enough. My son loves it

We had fun, enough said. We used the Karaoke rooms for a family evening treat; it was really fun. However, the first time we used the room, it was not working properly. The staff were friendly and sorted the problem out straight away and gave us the time back and complimentary drinks!

Disappointing Experience at Tenpin
I had booked a dart game and, when I arrived, there was no staff at the counter. There were several other customers waiting as well. A staff member eventually came after around 7–10 minutes. It was quite strange to see the counter unattended during a busy weekend.
I then inserted the coin for two games, but the machine didn’t work. I reported the issue to the lady at the counter, and she said she would come and check it. Unfortunately, no one came to assist, and we were left waiting.
The whole experience was very disappointing. The staff availability and customer service need significant improvement, especially during busy periods. I expected a much better experience from Tenpin.

The Escape Room was great
The Escape Room was great. However, the rest of the premises was a hideous assault on the senses - enormous screens, loud music that didn’t align with the screens, so much other stimulus. It really was unbearable.

We came for the escape room experience…
We came for the escape room experience and left feeling a little underwhelmed and disappointed. The girl hosting our experience did not seem to be doing her job very well and came off as quite rude. We were here for my daughter’s 12th birthday and a couple of the girls were running late but instead of being understanding she rudely pushed at us about our time slot. Once in the room, we were given radios and yet she made no effort to provide time warnings like most escape room venues do, and when we didn’t manage to escape she did not bother to take the time and effort to explain to us how to solve the rest of the room. Seeing as one of the girls didn’t turn up due to a personal issue, that means we paid extra for the room time slot and yet we weren’t given the benefit of the doubt for some extra time at least since we began a little bit late. it’s unfortunate as the challenge itself was quite fun, just a shame that this staff member came off as a little bit lazy.

Tenpin visit
The re-design of the tenpin is a big improvement. Lots of things to do the arcade is good although limiting as both change machines were faulty and so had to ask the bar for change all the time. Pool tables had sone of the balls missing.
Overall the visit was fun but a little expensive.
