It was brilliant as always, the staff are all lovely and helpful, booking was easy, the price is great, you have the cleanest toilets ever been twice in a week

My daughter had a fab birthday party
My daughter had a fab birthday party! The staff were great, the kids lived the balloon modelling and the food was really great. Found price really reasonable, would go again.

Great time eith the grandkids, however I couldn't have any of the food options on the easter deal as im coeliac and there was no option for me

Customer service good food poor
Customer service excellent. Food was dry and portion size poor. Will not eat here again. Happy to bowl and use the arcade and pool tables.

We recently visited tenpin at dewsbury & had a really good experience. The staff were friendly & helpful. The venue is clean. It was easy to book online.

Dewsbury Tenpin and Heidi
I'm a regular to the Dewsbury TenPin and if it's not me bringing my little boy it's another family member. There's plenty to do and we love it here! But I have to say, I visited on the 6th march and the loveliest girl called Heidi served me, what a difference it makes when you receive service like that! She was polite, nothing was too much trouble and an all round lovely person! She's a credit to this venue!

Overpriced drinks and too loud music
Drinks are way too over priced
Music was too loud to the point where we couldnt hear eachother

Not good I booked for 5 people and they…
Not good I booked for 5 people and they only put 1 on the board and took them 15 mins to sort it out and didn't restart the games so we lost 15 mins of our 1 hour slot absolutely shocking
