Got there on time and still had to wait…
Got there on time and still had to wait 20 mins for our lane to be free- but I guess the fault's on the previous bowlers, really enjoyed playing pool with my friends though there's tons of pool tables to go around. Only thing mildly annoying is that the photobooth was 'card only' and the card machine was out of service so it said to pay with cash... which we couldn't do... cause its card only

Was not working correctly and kept…
Was not working correctly and kept making players miss a go, resulting in a dissatisfaction complained but as busy could not move lane . Manager would not refund even though your faulty machine. Family were up from Kent for a day so ruined day of what was meant to be a family day

Not really a proper bowling alley. Unsupervised kids. Noisy and chaotic.
Not really a proper bowling alley. Seating is literary a single bench and a movable table shared between the lanes. Loads of little kids running up and down between the lanes and walking around and playing with bowling balls ready to break their toes or someone else’s. 4 lanes of kids with just 2 uninterested parents supposed to be in charge. The pool tables are right behind and it all feels super cramped and super noisy. Wouldn’t go back. I’d rather go somewhere like gravity max.

I've been coming here for almost 18…
I've been coming here for almost 18 months as a Personal ( care) Assistant to the Kingston Rotunda. We love our time here. The young staff are very friendly , helpful and cater for all our needs and are very understanding. The bowling is easy to set up and fun to play. There are heavy, medium and lightweight balls and plenty of each. It's very good value and we get immense pleasure from being here.

Had a good time
Had a good time. Process to book and check in is really straight forward. Lane set up on the computer was really easy. Everything worked well. The only negative is that the area was a little tight - a small bench for 5 people and their coats. Table service with the app was quick. Overall a brilliant afternoon.

Long wait for drinks
When I was playing on my lane with friends drinks was ordered to the lane online however the drinks had to be collected at the bar due to waiting so long our game had ended

Was assigned a lane in use
Was assigned a lane in use, so started late despite other lanes being free. Staff did not activate lane when it did become free so we had to chase up and wait further.

Fantastic customer service
We organised work get together but I made an error when booking the date and only realised when arrived there. Fortunately, manageress was super helpful and saved the day. Thanks to her we had wonderful evening…Thank you very much and we definitely coming back 💕

We were checked in quickly and were able to start ahead of our time slot. It was good fun and the food was good. The only grumbles I have is when our food was served, it was just plonked down with noone bothering to tell us it was there and the other thing was the balls kept getting struck which caused a storage when bowling

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Staff were utterly useless. Took 3 staff members to try and get a simple food order right. Quarter of the food arrived which we then had to chase staff for the rest of the order 30 minutes later. When the food did arrive it was absolutely disgraceful. One order was a margarita pizza which had the tiniest sprinkle of cheese on it. Ordered cocktails which the staff did not know how to make even though it’s on their menu. Our assigned lane had a broken light over the pins so we were moved to another lane only to look back later and see another family put onto our original lane with the light still broken over the pins. Minimal selection of bowling balls. Will never go to a Tenpin venue again!!

Really poor service
Really poor service. Nearly 60 quid and had to wait more than half an hour for a lane. Would have been longer if hadn't complained. Not a great experience at all

We always have an amazing time at Ten…
We always have an amazing time at Ten Pin Kingston, we go fairly regularly.
Unfortunately this time wasnt so good... we had to wait 20mins for our lane because previous people were still on it, which is absolutely fine, things happen. When I went back after 20mins, I had to queue even though there staff doing nothing, eventually I called someone over only to be told that im late for my booking so time will be shorter.
Explained that we were in fact early for our lane, and were told we had to wait, which the staff member shrugged at then gave us our lane.
Lots of staff doing nothing isnt good for business
