Great experience overall, bowling set-up excellent, just might consider the temperature on the lanes, very hot, made playing uncomfortable, perhaps air conditioning installation given the hotter summers now

The only criticism I can give is perhaps the lack of staff behind the bar as it took quite a while to get a drink.

My daughter had a great 9th birthday bowling. The staff were very friendly and it was great to have a dedicated staff member for the whole party.

Bowling was clean and had an amazing time but the service was a huge let down every time we went to the bar no one was there so we had to knock on the kitchen, honestly it was not impressive. Honestly extreamly dangerous to not have anyone on the bar as well.

Booked a party they seemed to be really…
Booked a party they seemed to be really disorganised. Informed us to be there for a set time arrived about 10 minutes before as daughter wanted to do something whilst her brother was having his party . Had to go and ask for the drinks had to go over and speak to them as didn’t come over to us at allocated party time .
Food was over cooked and the party bag had random items in and not what’s stated on line .
Would visit the place again but only because it’s local but probably wouldn’t book a party again

We visited on a very hot day. It was really warm inside the venue so we were given iced waters. Made to feel very welcome during our visit. We will return.
