T&G Woodware レビュー

Customer service went above and beyond, but it’s a pity that small parts are no longer available as spares, resulting in more waste and absolutely required.

We have used these grinders for years and recommended them to friends. Theres a very satisfying and predictable action... try it, you'll see what we mean. One broke recently and the service was great to get a spare and video clip to follow.

expensive but a first class product , replacing both salt and pepper mills that have been in use for over 20 years.Fast delivery

Looked for a replacement item due to me dropping one of our grinders. The team at T&G went out of their way to ensure we arrived at a solution.
Great communication and service at all times.

A speedy service with a quick resolution of a mistake (by me!) in the ordering process.

Great product. Fast delivery.

After years of wrestling with other salt grinders I bought the bestT&G one - perfect. So I have now given up the fight with my pepper grinder and bought the pepper one too. Perfect 🥰

I was bought the T&G salt and pepper mills by my wife many years ago. Sadly after much use the pepper mill grinder mechanism broke. I contacted T&G and they immediately helped me with clear responses and showed me how to very easily, cheaply and quickly buy a replacement part. Everything is all fixed now. Wonderful service!

Great quality! Bought salt cellar to replace one that had lasted 15 years!! A little different in colour to my remaining pepper but still kept it

Really Really please with the products received from T&G highly recommend. Thank You.

Cutlery trays received promptly and exactly what we wanted.
High quality product.
Thanks!

Excellent service obtaining replacement grinder mechanism to a well used and loved salt and pepper set! Very friendly staff and quick response.

I emailed T&G Woodware to ask them some questions about one of their products and Katina was very helpful in answering my questions. I then ordered this product which came packaged really well. Thank you.

Great product badly let down by the worst delivery I’ve ever experienced by FedEx. After many messages saying we’re delivering/but not, including a message notifying me of a time slot - 1hr AFTER that time slot. Eventually leaving parcel in an insecure outside …

Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much 😊 💯 xxx

Ordered online which was easy and my order arrived with in a few days.

It’s hard to be constructive when it was easy, straight forward flawless

Fantastic product
