Great quality really fast delivery

Arrived very quickly , well packaged and great quality.

I cant knock thai boxing store. Both times ive ordered from them its been very quick (a matter of days). No issues with the product. Packaged well.

On one of my gloves there was a small mark which might been manufacturing glue or something? But came off right away. No damage to the actual product.

They are usually my first point of call if im looking to buy goods

Order placed. No delivery in a week, rang five times got through on the sixth. Took twelve days. Apology accepted, but clearly a one man show, ‘been away’ was the answer. Absolutely fine, we all need one, but are there no helpers? Probably won’t use the store again.

From a delivery point all ok. The skipping rope as product is of little use. Not recommended. It kinks/curls (does everything to stop you from using it) and it the handles design make it difficult/impossible to adjust the length.

Very fast delivery !!

Shockingly poor service. Ordered a pair of gloves on 01/03/26 with the expectation that they were in stock and ready for prompt dispatch but heard nothing until the 9th after I had asked for an update (worth noting the website says that if an item isn't in stock you'll be informed within two working days, a promise they completely failed to keep). Was told the item was in customs held up by 'paperwork issues' but that the latest it would be with me was next week.

Two weeks later, by now three weeks after I'd ordered it and they'd taken my money but still nothing. I emailed again to cancel my order. This goes ignored for TWO DAYS until after I finally get a dispatch notice, shortly followed by an email saying they were on their way and if I wanted a refund I'd have to return them once they finally arrived. I can only assume ignoring my email cancelling the order for so long until after they sent them was just a cynical attempt to keep my money by creating an obstacle to inconvenience me into not cancelling.

Unfortunately for them I wont allow myself to be treated so poorly only for them to get away with it. I'd already made it perfectly clear that I had previously cancelled the order and wanted my money back.

TBS sends me a returns label, and says if I take it to the post office that they can scan the QR code on the label to print one out and send it. Apparently Paul at TBS doesn't know how return labels work because the post office and a relative who works at the Royal Mail explained to me that it's a totally separate QR code that's needed to do this (which they failed to provide me), not anything that's included on the label itself.

I'm in total disbelief with this place. How is it possible to fail so completely and so consistently at every opportunity? I've never known anything like it. I'm making sure everyone at my gym knows to stay away from this place. Waste of time.

I ordered an item as a Christmas present for my son. The item required was unfortunately not in stock and due to the Christmas period, would be delayed. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and once this arrived, this was dispatched promptly. The gloves were a very high standard and very competitively priced. The service from TBS was excellent.

My products arrived quickly and are as expected but I am struggling to get any communication from staff regarding returns

Great delivery time and great price , however commutation not great, received no confirmation email in mail or junk box and when trying to reach the company via the online website , I was directed to a phone number which is invalid , the phone doesn’t even ring. I honestly thought I’d been scammed until product turned up. As it turned up and in great time I am satisfied , however would be great to be able to get ahold of someone.

I ordered two pairs off 14oz gloves and a pair of shin pads over a week and a half ago. I have already sent an email asking for updates for tracking and delivery but their has been no reply.

Third update: 18th March

Credit where it’s due. I had a follow up call and email to advise me that they’d sorted out the warehouse issue and that the shin pads had been dispatched.

Today I received an update from Royal Mail that they will be delivering the shin pads tomorrow.

I’ve changed the one star rating to four stars. It can’t be a five star service because of how it started, but it’s been a very good service since my first review.

Second Update: 13th March

As promised, i had a call today to explain the warehousing problem.

Offered to refund as i explain my daughter needs these shinpads for her fight.

Agreed to leave it with them to see if they can resolve d by Monday.

Update: evening 12th March 2026

TBS have responded to my email and will look to resolve this tomorrow.

Update promised for 13th March. I’ll update this review as we go.

I havent had any acknowledgement of my order, but the money has been taken.

I’ve chased with two emails.

The phone number on the website doesn’t work.

I’ll keep this review updated, but suggest people avoid them for now.
