Everything went well oredered a frame bike on sale during a week that you buy a framed bike get a free gift. Waited got my bike but got no free gift but got my bike and having fun with the bike and my kids

Jacket looks used and the sizing wasn’t clear. This small is like a kids small not adult small.

I was very happy to receive my cup. It kept my ice coffee cold and the ice still hard after I left it in the car for three hours. The car was parked in the hot sun but the cup kept my cold drink cold

There was a shipping problem re. tracking not being scanned originally by the USPS, but while I was not initially thrilled about the policy at the House re. providing a replacement as I had a trip coming up soon, it worked out, and their support staff were attentive after it became clear there was an issue. An issue that The House was not responsible for, by the way.

Tent's now here and seams sealed, so it'll be going along for my now-delayed trip afterall.

I was a bit disappointed that the floor plan of the Eureka Kohana 6 won't provide as much room for my cot as I'd hoped, but it ought to work out OK.

Packed well, arrived in a timely, and the quality was what was delivered.

Bought an item from the site. It came in the original package but was the wrong color. New condition. So I thought this is great. I don’t really care about the color. I bought the same item again. No original packaging, this thing looks used and abused. The packaging was bad, but who ever put this item into the box could clearly see it was a scratch and dent (like thrown out of a truck on the highway) condition. The price was the best on the internet but I won’t be back. It’s not worth the savings to me to hope I get what was described.

Never received the boots I ordered back in November of 2021. For months was told they were on back order. Customer service number and email no longer work. They charged the name of their company to the-house.com.

Ordered 6 YETI Colsters and they were as described. The only reason it is not a 5 Star review was the packaging. The box was too big, there was not enough packing material on the inside which caused the box to arrive smashed on one end. I was surprised one or more of the Colsters were not damaged, but they were not.

Great experience. Used the chat feature to get a recommendation on low visibility lenses. Received the product and am very pleased with the function and effectiveness.

Great price for a good board, and the shipping was fast and free. Can't beat that!
