Great shipping, communication, and products

I purchased an item well ahead of Christmas just to find out that I was sent an invalid Fedex tracking number. Spent hours, not minutes on website chat that was disconnect without a solution, an excuse or a follow up option and holds on phone calls that dropped without customer service calling me back, even if they had the information to do so.
Unfortunately what was a good independent outlet is now part of a greedy conglomerate that is clearly overworking its overwhelmed employees with insufficient resour

The absolute worst experience! I would never purchase or recommend “the house” to my worst enemy!
My first time and last as well as a review on Yelp…this company is short lived!!!
Needs a complete revamp. Unprofessional,against the law to post items that are not available, no customer service…horrible experience!

I order from the House every year for the holidays, I have 4 teen to adult children to shop for that all snowboard and your company always has the best deals from every company! Thank you

Your customer service and seemingly entire company is a complete disaster. I ordered snowboard boots and bindings for my daughter on December 1st. They were supposed to be a Christmas present. After not recieving any updates on shipping I called your customer service number, on December 20th and spent 58 minutes on hold. The first rep I spoke to was kind enough, and said that it was a warehouse issue. She also told me that she would call me back within an hour with a solution. Surprise Surprise no call back. So I called again on December 21st, waited over an hour to talk to someone and was told that there was nothing that particular rep could do. I asked to be transfered to a manager and I was told that the current phone system doesn't allow for call transfers????? Is this company run out of a garage? She then told me that she would email her manager and that the manager would call me.... lol. Guess what?.... no call. So now I am on the line trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my order, the line cut out at one point so now I am on call number 2. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, no accountability and no care. Now I am stuck without a present for my daughter 3 days before Christmas. At least have the decency to tell me that the order cannot be filled so I wouldn't hold out. Stay away from this company.

Very bad customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them in order to return/exchange an item but after 6 emails and many phone calls I’m still waiting for their reply.

Great experience. Product received in a timely manner and there was good communication from the vendor, frequent order updates / email notifications. Happy with the service and the product.

I would not recommend ordering from them right now. I order 4 items on the 2nd of Dec. Only one item shipped. The other items are still available to order on the site but have yet to ship. I have tried to call a couple of times listening to the same elevator music in a loop for an hour never getting anyone to answer. Online chat was 10th in line. Waited. Got to zero and poof. Chat pop up gone. Can't seem to reconnect to chat. Hmm. All this after my email has gone unanswered.

My order came in and all intact! These are gifts for Christmas, so wont' find out if the coat fits, etc.
Will let you know if any issues arise...so far so good!

The Roxy snowpants are such a beautiful color and so soft, but I'm not sure my 13 yr old is going to be thrilled about having the same color as her 10 yr old sister.

Easy purchase for an aspiring skier as an Xmas gift.

I ordered the 10th on a Thursday it says same day shipping but granted it’s the holiday season it’s the 17th now nothing has been shipped!!! They sure took the money off right away. I can’t cancel my order online and good luck speaking to someone was on hold 3 time yesterday for approx 45 mins as soon as they pick up they hang up for me to start the whole process again! Chat is the same way!! Stay away from this place customer service sucks and shipping isn’t what they promise to be. Im leaving in 7 days for my ski trip now I guess I have to buy my ski gear else where

Order charged, no response to tracking requests, called directly typical "overwhelmed due to season" over 2 weeks ago!

Appreciate being local and great selection. However, there are problems with online shopping. Coupon codes were applied to two valid purchases but did nothing to the price. Holiday15 and jolly20 both didn't work in December. Feels like a scam but I'm sure it's just a technical glitch. Hurts credibility though, why should I even bother. Hope the house will fix this website experience fail.
