Ordered a dress which looked lovely on the website but was very different when it arrived. I tried to return it and was told they don't do returns but they would send me a bigger size. The issue was nothing to do with size. I was then offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. I definitely will not be purchasing anything from this store in the future.

I also ordered a denim dress - I was double charged and promised a refund. No refund as yet 1 month later. Also short sleeve denim dress turned out to be a long sleeve nylon top. Very rubbish material.

Ordered a dress and when it was received it was nothing like the photos. It was to be below the knees and flowy amd it was tight and it was to my ankles. When I opened the packaging my husband said he could hear the material crinkling. It felt like crepe paper. Horrible cheap shit.

I ordered a cute denim dress. What I received was a garment made of poor quality fabric. It was supposed to be a dress, but this garment comes down to just above my bum.
I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop.

Very poor quality nothing like the photos In addition the order took forever to arrive . The dress is for the trash that bad . Be very careful purchasing from this store .

Beware beware beware!!!!!
I purchased 2 dresses in different colours. They don’t fit properly as shown on website the shoulders don’t come down as shown. Both dresses were bought the same size , one was bigger than the other. The dresses are not as described they are so cheap looking and when I wanted to return they refuse saying it’s not their policy to refund but their website said easy 30 day return. They offered me 20% credit to buy something else instead. As if I would trust to spend more money on an unethical company with cheap crap clothing and ethnics. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will be very disappointed.
BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY CLOTHING.

The dress I ordered did not fit as shown in the photo. I could not get the sleeves down over both shoulders! I actually struggled to get the dress over my head (petite frame) and down one shoulder. The reason I bought from this store was because the ad, it said "Australian owned" and there was an Australian flag image. It states ....."30 day return guarantee. Buy with peace of mind with our worry-free returns policy. If you're not satisfied, return your item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange"....

I am not satisfied and the store who I contacted via email, refuse to offer a refund and will only offer a store credit! This is from their website under FAQ

Have you changed your mind? This is of course possible, as soon as you indicate that you wish to return your order within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. In one email I asked where in Australia are you based as I would like to talk to someone, no response to that question! I sent screenshots I took of the above stated about returns, and of course no comment on these did they provide.

I have contacted PayPal, I hope they can help with my refund!
