Complete scam artist , took money out of my card for no reason then want me to write essays to get refund, poor customer service not a good company

A small business accounts and tax an so on is a minefield that is daunting to say the least. I was recommended Company Warehouse by an accountant who had too many clients to take me on.
From first contact they are persistent and efficient.
The very first conversation with Rachel Bone left me feeling much calmer and in safe hands. She answered all my questions and even gave suggestions. There was always a happy to hear from you tone in her voice and nothing seems like too much trouble.
What a relief and a pleasure. I was then al signed up and supported and passed over to James my dedicated accountant. Again so professional and friendly and cant do even to help.
The online system is perfect for keeping you in control and the monthly payments keep you financially floating, on the right side of the law with your business whilst not being with a huge accountancy bill. Whilst not the cheapest out there - professionalism, experience, efficiency and communication is in abundance. Thank you so much all at Company Warehouse. Already sent over 3 referrals this morning before even writing this review :)

I have used this company since I started my company 4 years, they are all ways there to help with all yours need from start to finish from an email address to a full designed website would not look else where all the staff give it 100% at all times

The team at Company warehouse have been incredibly helpful from the get go and their customer service is up there with the best. Rachel, Hashim and James have all been great and their expertise has assisted me no end! I would recommend them highly for anything from business/website set up to accounts and payroll assistance.

Superb and professional help... outlining exactly the parameters for what I would need to do next as a Sole Trader. Rachel answered all of my questions and suggested that should I exceed the £1000 self-employed status as a Sole Trader -- that I could engage an in-house accountant to facilitate my tax payments and maximise the most of new business.

I asked the if they can help with changing the name of my business on facebook as I was struggling to change it in the settings. They told me they can do it for £30. They did exactly the same thing I tried many times. When I found out they just tried to changed the name the same way I tried which is 3 clicks in the settings typing in the new name and a click on the "change" button. Not more than 2 minutes!
I contacted them and asked for a refund as the name had not changed after their attempt either and I found it ridiculous that they still charged me £30. £30 for 3-4 clicks and typing in a company name.
That's what I call a rip off.

They have ignored my emails for months. Still no refund. Ridiculous customer service.

Very good and quick service, all staff involved in the sale of the car where very helpfully and ensured all areas were covered regarding the finance and the car. Thank you.

Messed around from start to finish and cancelled my order as a result. They used to be really good, now I find them unhelpful, and they're customer service uncooprative and uncompassionate. Terrible Terrible Terrible! Will NOT be using them again. Such a shame

Easy to navigate, with detailed explanation of everything each service provides. Pleasantly surprised to find a one-stop shop for getting my new business up and running. Once I've got started with my domain name and email, I'll probably be back to build on my package!
