I reached out to receive my dress in time for my birthday and received amazing service to ensure I received on time. The quality was fo standard and received my piece in about a week to nyc. I recommend continue ordering as every piece is made in detail and completely different from what you will find anywhere else. I received so many compliments on the dress I ordered and with the measurements I took, had no issues with sizing

Ordered some shorts when they arrived they were far too small I exchanged them for a bigger size (I had to pay the return shipping cost) which again were too small. The sizing is way off!
So I then had to pay another return shipping cost.

Customer service never reached out to say they had received the item. so I emailed to check everything was ok and confirm my refund.

I was told it would take 14 working days this was on 22nd of December 2025… and still no refund!

Countless emails over the course of the last couple of months, at first they said it would be sorted in the next week another week went by and then another and still nothing. They have now stopped replying to my emails.

PayPal has started an enquiry so hopefully I will receive my money back. by the looks of other reviews lots of people have had the same issue.

I hope this company is shut down as they are literally stealing money from hard working people it’s shame full what they have done to so many others.

Felt a million dollars in my dress!! Loved it, really good quality & great customer service.

Shipping took some time. Added 4 extra inches onto the dress as it was super short. Quality and condition and attention to detail were immaculate.

Communication was a 10/10, shipping 10/10 and overall outfit 10/10! Will be shopping again an absolute pleasure thank you <3

Obsessed with my bow shorts had nothing but compliments with them on ! I needed them quicker as I was going away and they made sure I got them in a short time frame ! so happy with them the fabric was amazing too. These was my second purchase with the dolls house never had a problem always been amazing !

Clothes are on the pricier side but worth every penny, one of a kind pieces you haven’t seen before, quality and pictures came out fab. I asked for quicker order as these pieces are made to order and they accommodated this request and came on time even during busy Black Friday period great brand will be shopping again

Ordered the Circa Dolce dress on ASOS to wear for NYE and had so many compliments on the dress.

Well, unfortunately, all of the reviews that say this is a scam is true... do not buy anything from this company because you will A) not get your order and B) NEVER get a refund. I ordered the Anthia maxi dress THREE MONTHS in advance for my wedding photoshoot in Italy and never got it... worst brand and customer service ever. They kept telling me "it would be on-time" and it wasn't. They had a horrible excuse saying " the material from the supplier is still late to make your custom order. I know total nightmare." Avoid this company at all costs!! Especially anyone with the name Cieran....

What a horrible journey this company has taken me on. Made an online order for 1260 AUD back in November 2024, STILL waiting for my refund today on 13th on January 2026. The company keeps apologising and promising to work this out immediately and then disappears every time. Additionally some of the items I have returned are not listed on the website anymore and has obviously been sold to another customer. Scammer company, I deeply regret ever finding them online and trusting the higher-end looking business that I thought I could trust and love.

Perfect dress fits amazing and they was able to make for my in 3 days instead of 2 weeks recommend

I’m obsessed! This is my third piece and every one has been better than the next! Highly recommend for any event. The looks are edgy, daring and worth every penny.
