I signed up with FlipSisters after watching a video from the founder sharing her philosophy on how real estate investing can also uplift and support communities. That really resonated with me because I’ve always loved the idea of being of service while doing what I’m passionate about — designing and rehabbing older homes so new owners can love them again.

When I first started, I had no idea where to begin and no capital to invest. Honestly, I didn’t think this path would even be possible for me. But hearing story after story from women who started in similar situations inspired me to finally take the leap for myself.

I wanted the freedom to build a career that aligned with my creativity and my neurodivergent, non-linear way of thinking, and FlipSisters gave me the support, education, and roadmap to start making that vision real.

The one-on-one support from the coaches, along with the incredible sisterhood inside the Facebook group, has given me both the courage and the practical tools to work through every obstacle that’s come up along the way. Having a community of women who genuinely want to see each other succeed has been empowering in ways I didn’t expect.

Today, my LLC is officially live, and I’ve already connected with a team of partners who are helping me move toward my goals using the systems and guidance FlipSisters provides.

I paid $15,000 for this course mainly because of the promises of mentorship, coaching, and networking with others in the same field. Unfortunately, the actual course content was extremely disappointing. The main tool provided was just a calculator that could easily be found for free online.

I was also promised a personal coach, but after being with the program for over a year, I never once met or worked directly with the coach I was told I would have access to. Honestly, I learned far more from the networking calls and other students than from the course itself.

During my time in the group, I created a software designed to help real estate investors analyze deals more efficiently. Many of the mentors were very eager to see the software and even gave recommendations on features they thought I should add. However, once the software started becoming more developed, one mentor asked me, “How much of this software will be mine?” even though they had no involvement in building it.

When I made it clear that I was not looking for investors or partners, the entire atmosphere changed. I began experiencing harassment, was told not to show the software anymore, and even felt threatened over it. Shortly after, they began attempting to create their own version based on the same idea.

If you have bad credit, I would strongly suggest not wasting your money here, because many of the strategies and opportunities discussed may not even be realistic for you.

Another major issue was the inconsistency and bias within the community. I was removed from FlipSecrets for promoting my own business, even though mentors and contractors inside the group regularly promoted paid services of their own. Once I offered my services, I was kicked out and effectively lost my $15,000 investment.

Be aware that everything is heavily monitored, including so-called “network calls,” which often did not feel like real networking at all.

Please do your research carefully before joining. In my opinion, this course was not worth the money, and I wish I had saved my investment.

After researching several mentorship programs, I confidently chose The FlipSisters. My decision came down to their affordability and authenticity. The mentors bring real-life experience and are always eager to help—it’s honestly impressive how quickly they respond. The program is easy to follow, and when things get tough or doubts creep in, I know I have a supportive community of real estate sisters to lean on. Truly one of the best investments I’ve made.

Being part of the FlipSisters program has been such a positive and empowering experience for me. The coaching is clear, practical, and rooted in real-world application—it’s not just theory, it’s guidance you can actually use.
What has stood out the most is the level of support. Questions are met with timely, thoughtful responses, and there’s a genuine willingness to help you move forward, no matter where you are in the process. You never feel like you’re figuring things out alone.
And the community… that’s truly something special. There is a real sense of sisterhood—women showing up for one another, encouraging, sharing, and celebrating wins together. It creates an environment where growth feels possible and progress feels supported.
I am grateful to be learning, growing, and building alongside such an inspiring group of women.

Started out super excited thinking I had found a community of women where I could grown and learn. Finding a support system was super important to me as an entrepreneur with high hopes and truly wanting to learn how to be profitable. Sad to say that their FB group has rude and inconsiderate supporters that think they are above you. Not the top dog but some of her cronies responded to a post of mine and it was outright nasty and hateful. Needless to say, that after attempting to participate and ask questions, so I could learn and possibly find like-minded support to boost my career, I shut down and left a program I paid far too much money for.

I cannot recommend Flipsisters enough !

This program has been a game changer for my real estate journey. Coach Kristine, Blaire and Shari Jo are truly the best, their guidance and support makes all the difference. If you are looking to get into flipping, this is the place to be

I’ve attended several real estate investing webinars, but The Flipstress program was the one that truly stood out. The modules are thoughtfully designed for beginners and clearly walk you through everything you need to complete your first flip confidently.

I was advised I have Lifetime access to the program and community however once I paid 8k to get in I received a document saying access to the community was only 1yr! So red flag that you can speak to those that was in the community for over that long. Also was told there was many private lendors to help on deals but once I got in the program I found out there was a whole process to get ypur deals funded and if the house didnt look good to them they denied it (just as a fyi my hardmoney lender said it was great deal and approved based of the ARV). You have access to a coaching once a month for only 3 months and in those calls your questions were basically thrown back at you. With majority of everything you had to post on their facebook with anything prior to getting in contract and any questions. Most of the time the responses were short and informative, so your sitting on the other side of the screen still confused. They have a NO REFUND policy, so save your money and go search free info on social media.

I am so grateful to this program. They literally go step by step and give you everything you need to know while ALSO giving you coaching and helping to shift your mindset! Our original plan was to get our first flip within 90 days but our journey slowed us down a little bit and now we're back in action!!

I think the best thing about this program is not just access to the curriculum but having access to communicate with other women doing the same thing as you so you don't feel so stressed. Having it be just women has created SUCH a safe space for learning and growth.

My partner and I ADORE Kristine (our coach), she is so incredibly supportive and validating. And I'm just SO excited to share our success story when we finish our first flip!!!!

This is a fantastic group of women dedicated to helping other women succeed in house flipping. Their program is thorough and easy to follow and very interactive. I am so glad I started this journey with them.

They're are very deceptive about this program. They make it sound so easy. It's not.

I joined in January, followed the steps laid out, joined the calls, and started my first flip 4 months later. I can't say enough about the coaches' support; they truly care about us. I wouldn't have had the confidence to do this on my own. I'm getting ready to put my flip on the market and will update as to my profit once sold.

This experience with the FlipSisters has been life changing. And I don’t say that lightly.

Trust me! This was a huge leap of faith and I’m so glad I took it. You won’t be sorry you did but you’ll probably be in the same place you are now if you don’t!
