The whole experience was seamless, from the showroom tour to the preparatory process.The team are helpful and experienced and quick to solve any problems. The build was quick and well organised and I am thrilled with the result, Everything went to plan , no surprises and my studio was perfect on completion.Thankyou to the teams at both ends.

It's not often you come across a company with real integrity and in our case we are pleased to have chosen Green Retreats. After an excellent installation, we had a problem with the manufacturers cladding which was replaced without a quibble by the excellent support team. We had two days working with the team and we were very happy with their workmanship and attitude. In fact it was a pleasure to deal with all Green Retreats staff and we thank them for their excellent work ethic.

From initial visit to the show room in Twickenham, all the way through to sign off and final payment, The Garden Office team have always put me the customer first. All the (many) individuals involved in the sale, support and build were very polite, considerate in their timings and the work they were doing and over-all very professional in the job they did. I liked the fact they have specialists in each stage of the build from foundations to main build to plastering to wiring to final fixes. Over-all would definitely recommend them to build you an office in the back garden

We had a building installed in January the team at The Garden Office were very fast and efficient.

We are thrilled with our garden room and we’re having lots of fun furnishing it for the kids to use. I particularly wanted to single out the installation team - Gavin, Tom and Anthony - who were on time, courteous, on hand to answer my stupid questions and really hard working, despite the rather inclement January weather. They have done a top job. From the customer service team at the showroom and throughout the whole installation we’ve had nothing but great service from Greenretreats and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent service from start to finish

The staff in the showroom showing us around the Garden Rooms were young, knowledgeable, welcoming and professional, which was refreshing. They were friendly too. So that was a great first impression.
Everything went smoothly from the start to the finish. The workmen On the installation and electrics were polite, friendly and helpful. All in all, a fantastic job all round. Thank you to you all.

Great showroom with very helpful staff. Good choice of options and straightforward ordering process.

The whole process from our first (and second) visit, to the plan and installation was faultless. The build crews, without exception, were punctual, friendly, efficient and tidy - what you might want, but rarely get. We got a discount back when the electrics proved to be easier to install than expected (that's a first, too), and everything was finished bang on time. Really, it was such a pleasant and stress-free experience, and I would highly recommend these guys. DaveA,Ealing
