Had a great experience with THST, very best of care was given to me throughout the whole process, from enquiry to booking, and then travelling to get my Gastric sleeve surgery. I cannot compliment this company enough.. my new life begins thanks to them

The team at the hospital were fantastic and very supportive. The drivers were great too! In fact, I'd hate to think I've missed anyone out!

I had my gastric sleeve procedure done on the 15th of February, 2023. There has been support from the moment I made contact with the team, I was impressed by their support, professionalism, lovely attitude, and all-around duty of care. The hospital itself was beautiful (Egepol). It's more like a hotel than a hospital, with each room en suit with a comfortable bed and a sofa for a companion to sleep on. The hospital food was good and healthy. The translators, coordinators, nutritionists, and dietitians were lovely. The surgeon, nurses, and doctors were at the top of their game, very knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. They are always willing to help with everything. Our own hospitals in the Uk could learn a thing or two from these excellent teams.
I highly recommend anyone who is willing to do any procedure to consult with The Health Store Turkey. If anything is more than 5⭐️ I will give. Thanks to you all. I will definitely be returning for more procedures in the future.

I travelled to Turkey at the end of April 2022 for a gastric sleeve. I had an excellent experience and was well looked after before I left and when I had surgery and aftercare has been second to none. If you are considering going abroad for surgery I would highly recommend the Health Store Turkey. Since coming back I have lost 9 stone and my health has improved soo much. I will be forever grateful to all of the staff for their care, kindness and professionalism. Thank you

I had my sleeve operation on the 21st Jan 23. I was on the lower weight scale with a BMI of 34, but with quite a few health issues which made it right for me. The health store turkey are fabulous and all the team from the cleaners to the Dr are so lovely. The report you are given after all of the tests you receive was praised highly by my Dr in the UK. If you are thinking about it, just know you are in safe hands from start to finish.

I never thought I would be a person to have the courage to have an op abroad. But the health store turkey gave me that confidence. From start to finish I was looked after, informed every step of the way (even in theatre before I went to sleep). The care coordinator translated everything each time it was time for my medication, so there was no unexpected surprises. They really care for you.
I’m from the UK and I know I wouldn’t of got this service in any clinic in the UK (Private or NHS).
If you are looking for a health tourism provider you can’t do better than these people. I had my op on the 3rd Jan 2023.

On 19th January 2023 I had a gastric sleeve at Lokman Hekim Esnaf Hospital in Fethiye. From my first contact with The Health Store Turkey, they were amazing. Answering many questions & concerns I had prior to booking. They were so thorough and efficient. My experience in Fethiye was incredible, I've never received such amazing care, it was second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Onur in particular during the night, was just an angel. Beliz was amazing, so positive & certainly brightened up my days. They are an absolute credit to The Health Store Turkey, along with all the other staff. All the hospital staff were fantastic especially Dr Ugur, he was a very cautious, caring doctor who truly cared about my wellbeing, checking in everyday. I would most certainly, highly recommend The Health Store Turkey to anyone considering weight loss surgery, you will be in the best hands.

if you’re thinking of surgery or any other treatment in Turkey this is definitely the company to go with. I had an initial appointment with another clinic called CLINICHUB. Arrived at the hospital which I was dumped in with none of their team member present at the hospital. As a nurse I assessment the hospital and their staff which had zero knowledge and they could barely communicate with me in English. I refused to do my surgery with them as I was at high risk of losing my life. I was devastated and stranded. I contacted THST after watching a YouTuber review and immediately I received a called back from Nihal (Manager) who straight away booked me a BUSINESS CLASS FLIGHT to Izmir to their clinic. From the onset, My experience was second to none. My HIGHLIGHT was their efficient communication group chat they had on WhatsApp with all the team involved in my care and my family were added on the group. They get to see all care and treatment interventions that were done which put them so much at ease. All their questions were answered by the team.. THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT IDEA as I was unable to travel with any of my relatives however THST bring them along the way in my journey. Dr.Hüseyin was an exceptional and talented surgeon. From start to finish he made sure I was comfortable and reassured me throughout. As a RGN I had thousands of questions and all were answered with a smile and great sense of humour. Dr Huseyin checked on me daily until I was discharged.
All The coordinators and Hospital Nurses (Jeane, Ates, Ozge,Shelly, Mert, Ceyda, Selin) and the entire team are fantastic no matter your request..!! Fantastic patient bedside manner and communication skills. I felt as if I was in the UK. Tutku my dietician was professional and knowledgeable within her field.
My family and I can’t thank the whole team enough for experiencing a high quality care and treatment. Thank you thank you thank you THST for looking after me.!

I had my teeth whitened after having another procedure. The care I received was excellent and first rate. I was looked after the whole time. The dentist was fantastic and very gentle. I was happy with the whole experience.

The team are absolutely fantastic so friendly kind and supportive delighted I chose health store turkey don’t go cheaper to save money you get what you pay for ! If your thinking about it do it

I had my dental procedure done in Turkey through THST and being honest, their care is second to none. From the beginning, including dental plan based on consultations/ xrays/ pictures etc.. they were absolutely amazing! Their attitude, their care throughout the whole process was outstanding! I couldn’t recommend them enough! Five ⭐️ is not enough, simple as that!

I can’t fault THST one bit, from the initial communication to my aftercare I have received world class care from THST❤️ I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me, and how at home they made me feel❤️ Dr Husyen Ekin is amazing at what he does, he cares deeply for the care of his patients and made me feel so at ease❤️ I would recommend THST to anyone👏🏼

Good experience, really looked after from the first communication to returning home. Pleasant room and facilities. Surgeons helpful and supportive. Patient coordinators were all very helpful and experienced. Nothing too much bother. Would highly recommend.

If you’re thinking of surgery or dental this is definitely the company to go with. Our recent experience was second to none. The coordinators are fantastic no matter what one you have from Eve, Ates, Ozge Shelly, Ada they all really care their English is superb and there’s nothing to much trouble for them. Tutk the dietician is so knowledgeable and patient she is awesome.
That then bring me to Dr.Hüseyin and Dr Sevtap the 2 most wonderful Drs I have ever met. So professional and experienced in the field I never once felt nervous unsure or un-informed. Dr Huseyin checks on you constantly for 3 days after surgery and makes sure you have everything you want he’s just incredible. Dr Septa’s dental is so natural and she is so understanding and knowledgeable to give you exactly what you want nothing is to much trouble for her and her team just fabulous. My husband and I can’t thank the whole team enough for the most awesome professional experience in something we were originally very nervous about. Again if your thinking of surgery or dental don’t go anywhere else. Thank you thank you thank you x

Private transfer from airport straight to the hospital. Drivers are lovely, especially the driver who took me to dentist and hotel. Hospital is modern, beautiful like a hotel. Staff are absolutely amazing. Your care means something to them. Dr Huseyin Eken performs immaculate surgery. He calls regular to check on your health and progress and offers advice. I have never experienced such a high standard of medical service, customer service and genuine warmth from staff.

I had my gastric sleeve in January 22 with The Health store Turkey. After struggling with every diet under the sun for 20 years I have lost 6 stone in 1 year thanks to the amazing surgeons and staff at Thst.From start to finish my experience has been absolutely fantastic and I can't thank them enough for changing my life.i am now off my blood pressure medication that I had been on for 20 years.
