What an amazing professional company friendly knowledgeable staff no questions queries left unanswered could not fault them. They make you feel special and continue to support you on this life changing experience. I also use there dental service which was an exceptional experience. Dental surgery was professionally run and made feel at ease and every step explained better than home and reasonable priced. Cannot but thank this company and staff for giving me my life health both mentally and physically back to me.

I book with the health store turkey through the owner Nihal and she put me onto one of her amazing booking team that put me with what I will say is the beat dentist I've ever been at. Fro. Start to finish of my treatment I've had the best possible experience with this team.. I would highly recommend this company 👌

The communication from the team was excellent.

During the treatment, the intervention was pain free and I felt reassured throughout.

I’m literally only home and I don’t have a bad comment or word to say and that’s the truth the level of cleanliness care and treatment is amazing I had dr remzi who is lovely man and always smiling and just as attentive as the nurses and when does a surgeon in Britain change dressing? Dr remzi changed mine himself!
I loved the fact there was 24hr English speaking staff they arnt nurses they are there to make ur journey easier and they do that very well I’m very appreachiative of everybody that made my journey easier thank you 😊 I’m happy client ❤️

Absolutely amazing experience with THST I had surgery and dental work with this company and both bore incredible results. I had a full set of Zirconia Crowns fitted and I love my new smile. I have had a great experience here from the taxi driver to Shelly looking after me and the amazing care and job the 2 surgeons and the nurse done . I highly recommend the health store turkey they are very professional caring and are are very accommodating they definitely put the patients needs above everything and I’m very happy with my new hair it’s been a pleasure coming here

I chose to have bariatric treatment with THST for many reasons including referrals from 3 people I personally know who had surgery with THST and have had a wonderful result. They have lost significant body fat post operation and have maintained that weight loss. I also chose THST because it has a definable patient centred approach to care. If I had smelt even a whiff of anything less than that then I would have looked elsewhere but the more I investigated the more I was reassured that THST has based its business model and reputation on the simple ethics of common decency. It also has all the accreditations and legal licensees required to operate.

As for booking, the process was straightforward. I had already done my research, so I contacted THST in August 2022 and started the ball rolling and I was booked the next day. The moderators will take you through the booking process bit by bit and the costings.

You will be invited into your own private whatsapp group with THST team 3 or 4 days before you fly to Izmir. No other patient but you will be in this group. The support team are based at the hospital and are accessible 24 hours a day during your stay, whether you are in the hospital or at the hotel. I believe in all there were about 16 people in the group, which includes the dieticians and counsellor and the patient coordinators. I did not wait more than a minute or two for a response to any questions I had except for when I asked if topical diclofenac was okay after surgery. One of the patient coordinators responded straight away, telling me they would ask a doctor. Ten minutes later the coordinator responded again to tell me the doctor said topical is fine but oral not! The efficiency and coordination of everything was perfect. The team keep you informed about your transfers and the processes the whole way through. You will not endure any anxiety or be left stranded at the airport, and when you return home, the patient coordinators leave the group, but the general manager, dieticians, counsellor, and nurse remain. I believe the medical support continues for at least one year but the dietary and emotional support is ongoing.

When you arrive at the hospital, you get a medical MOT probably unlike anything you’ve ever had before. I’ve never done so many tests before a surgery. I know some people will worry (like I did) that the tests will find something that stops the operation from happening, but I believe this rarely ever happens. THST are keen to help the most severe cases, because they know the surgery can be life saving.

There was no shortage of fluent English speakers during my stay in Egepol hospital. In fact, sometimes there was as many as four of five English speaking coordinators in the small ward area and most of the nurses knew a word or two of English, and if they didn’t understand me, they would immediately go and get one of the patient coordinators to translate. Not once did I have any communication problems. Also, all the patient coordinators were approachable, friendly, helpful, and very caring. Moreover, I could feel the compassion and genuine care everywhere I went—although perhaps the hospital sonographer who did my ultrasound could do with some people skills training.

The aesthetics of the hospital are very pleasing. This is a modern private hospital, and the rooms are hotel-like. Of course, it is a clinical environment and has hospital beds and you will be sporting a cannula for your entire stay, but as hospitals go, I thought it was very comfortable and the peace of a private room was much appreciated. However, there is a mosque right across the road and it has speakers on one of its lovely pillars. The speakers bellow out the call to prayer 4 times a day. From a cultural point of view, this is lovely to experience, but it can go on for several minutes at a time and some of the singers are not very melodic so you might want to take ear plugs.

My surgery was straightforward and the same can be said for my postoperative experience. I am 6 weeks down the line (and at the time of this review) I have gone from 16 stone 4 lb to 13 stone 10lb. But more importantly, I feel so-so-so much better within myself.

From contacting pam the coordinator to the transfer to the airport on the way home this company have got it ✅️right.The staff and surgeons are incredible and cannot do enough for you .Thankyou so much .

Everything and everyone from start to finish has been wonderful. The level of organisation and attention to detail is of the highest standard. A special thank you to the co-ordinators Shelly, Celine and Ada for doing a fantastic job of making me feel welcome, relaxed and well cared for, you girls work so hard and appear to be oncall 24/7 you definitely deserve a pay rise, absolute credit to the company.
My Surgeon Mr Remzi, who is extremely talented and such a lovely warm kind man, I would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating surgery.
Overall experience was fantastic, Hospital and Hotel was of a very high standard. I honestly felt nothing was too much trouble.

Im Juli ging es nach Izmir für meine Magenbypass Operation. Im Vorfeld wurde durch eine sehr freundliche und liebe Mitarbeiterin eine ausführliche Anamnese besprochen, ich erhielt viele Tipps bei der Abwicklung vieler Fragen wurde super geholfen. Vor Ort ging es mit der hervorragenden Betreuung weiter. Die Abholung am Flughafen, die Begleitung während der Untersuchungen waren einfach nur super. Dr Hüseyin und das ganze Krankenhauspersonal waren sehr aufmerksam und sorgfältig, ich kann nichts negatives sagen und würde mich immer wieder für thst entscheiden. Für eventuell kommende Operationen gibt es keinen Zweifel, es wieder über Thst zu machen.

What can I say,the THST is the best ....nothing is to much trouble ,you are treated with respect and dignity ..all the cordinators speak English which is a positive for everyone...if you need anything just pop message in the wattsapp group that is made up for you and they will do there best to get you it ...I have been with THST twice now and wouldn't go with anyone else...100%recommended this company ..love to all the staff 😘
