I just wanted to leave feedback for Kade at the Kingston upon Thames branch of HSS hire - he was excellent from the outset, couldn’t have done more to help - and when we had a problem with the whacker plate (not his fault) he couldn’t have done more to try and put things right - despite juggling a new computer system and multiple calls, he personally drove the replacement round to my house to help out - first class service thank you Kade 💪🏼

Very good service from Conrad at the Hastings branch. Very professional and efficient. He managed to get me an air conditioner really quickly.

During the red weather warning, the conditions in our primary school were unbearable. A group of parents raised funds to get AC units for the children, but of course nowhere had any stock. Raesat (or Reece, as he’s often known) from Romford was incredibly helpful. From sourcing the units to arranging direct delivery to the school, he was simply amazing. A real credit to the company.

A huge thank you to Jeff and the team at HSS Portsmouth for their kindness and generosity in supporting our Summer Fayre at The Elizabeth Foundation. We'd also like to give a special shout-out to Paul, who kindly delivered the generator to us. He was an absolute gentleman and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond—it was truly appreciated!

Just wanted to say thanks to Levi for all his help this week.

Although it wasn't completely straightforward Levi sorted everything out. He helped me when there were issues with the scaffold tower I hired, organised delivery around the times I needed, and even arranged an alternative supplier at short notice at the end of hire period.

It's the sort of service that makes me glad I went into the store instead of booking online. Thanks again, Levi. I'll definitely be hiring from you again when I need scaffold equipment.

Bayley and Sophie were amazing at helping me sort out AC units for an event during the 35-degree heat. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, including when it came time to return the units. Their excellent service made everything easy, and I really appreciated their support. Highly recommend!

Came to pick up genie lift, had a few issues upon arrival with accounts Sarah solved all issues and away we went service with a smile

Horrific experience, ordered an air con unit to hire, got a text on the day it was due to be delivered saying it’s delayed but no need to contact us it will just be with you late. No sign, tried contacting them the following day multiple times, couldn’t get through, literally couldn’t contact them for days and then eventually when we did they were totally useless and took ages to refund us.

Never got the air con unit, no apology, let us down big style for our wedding.

Would never use again.
