Wow! We cannot recommend The Home Shutter Company more highly. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, courteous, as well as knowledgeable and very helpful. From the day we walked into the Kings Langley shop up until fitting today we have been kept up to date regarding the status of our order. Jaque the fitter was very respectful and cleaned up and cleared away as he went from room to room - a thoroughly nice young man and very good at what he does. Before leaving he talked us through the care and cleaning details and made sure we were 100% happy. The shutters look amazing and we are thrilled to bits with them - we are so glad we went with The Home Shutter Company. Oh, and the price was very reasonable too, considering the quality of the product.

From start to finish the interaction was top class. The home visit was detailed and informative and the quote was totally comprehensive. All our questions were answered promptly and professionally.
We were kept fully up to date with the order status and the final installation was very slick, mess free and immaculate.

Superb job… again. This is the third time I’ve used this company and would 100% recommend them. Kyle was polite, helpful and very professional. Everything was left spotless, I’m thrilled with my shutters and can’t wait to use them.

The service from start to finish was brilliant. The quote was very reasonable and I was updated regularly with emails on the progress of the shutters being made. My shutters were fitted by Kyle and he did an excellent job. The shutters themselves are of high quality and I was provided with a lot of useful information on looking after them. I will definitely recommend the home shutter company to friends and family!

Great support from start to finish. Measurement advice session was so helpful and gave me lots of confidence that the final product would be what we needed! The installation was excellent, the shutters are very high quality and we're so pleased with the final result. The only downside was the wait-time from order to installation which was lengthy given the overseas supply chain. However, the support from customer services when we enquired for progress updates was always excellent! Overall, would thoroughly recommend Home Shutter Company!

Honestly thought these guys were amazing - the whole process was pain free, exciting and friendly. I was worried the reviews I read were too good to be true but I totally get it now! Would recommend to anyone.

Communication was good with Kyle and his colleague Ryan. Both did a great job and kept my lounge and bedroom tidy whilst working. Though it took a month later to be fitted I am pleased with my shutters.

Ellie I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with your service. You and your colleagues at the shop have been great! It was so reassuring to come in and see all the styles fitted to make choosing easy. Kyle came to fit the shutters .. what a lovely guy. Did really neat job cutting in around our dado rail, the shutters were fitted perfectly, even allowing for our uneven walls. Explained everything with some tips for best cleaning etc. left bags of spares which was very thoughtful. He even vacuumed after! The shutters look beautiful.

The fitter Kyle was excellent friendly good at his job and a pleasure to have in the house.
Only niggle was not up front with where the shutters were being made and when arriving. Went from January to 10th February to 20th February finally 26th February.

This is our second time ordering shutters. It did take a while from ordering to fitting but we were kept informed the whole time . The staff are really friendly and the fitters were fantastic. They made a great job of fitting the shutters and were very respectful of our house. Would recommend them and we will be back for our final windows soon

They were very responsive when we made our initial equity. We were able to chose the style of shutter etc. they only problem was the length of time to completion ran over the initial time line we were given. However they are fitted and we were impressed with Kyle’s attention to detail and he explained everything regarding there on going maintenance.

What a transformation.

We recently had shutters supplied and installed by The Home Shutter Company in Watford, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

From the initial quote through to installation, the team were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on getting the right solution for our home. Compared to other well known brands we looked at, they really took the time to understand our space and what we wanted to achieve. Their pricing was competitive, but what stood out was that they never compromised on quality or service.

On installation day, Kyle and Joseph were brilliant. Although it was the first time we had met them, they were friendly, respectful of our home and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was fitted carefully and finished to a high standard. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy and made sure we were happy before they left.

The shutters have completely transformed the rooms and the finish is spot on. It is rare to find a company that delivers this level of service from start to finish.

What a fabulous company to deal with and the finished products look great. From start to finish the service and communication has been impeccable. The quality of the product as well as the professional of ALL the staff is exceptional. Jake visited my home for measurements and was extremely informative and helpful with suggestions and options. Communication via email / phone was excellent and though timing may be longer than other retailers - it was definitely worth the wait. Jacques and Ryan, our lovely fitters were friendly and professional. We had a mixture of Shutters / Venetian blinds and Bifold Blinds and the guys were clean, super efficient and very well mannered. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone wanting Shutters etc. A+

This was legitimately the best company we've ever dealt with. Down to the girls in the office on the admin side to the measurement process. But the guys who came on the day were impeccable! Big shout out to Harry and Jack especially they were so great and keeping me informed. I could also trust them all in the house on their own while I worked in the garden. So clean and tidy after too. Not to mention the actual quality of product!
