Friendly efficient service from start to finish from quote to installation. Looks great and at fraction of cost of other quotes received for shutters. So mych so we decuded to go forc shutters for our patio doors in addition to front room window. Really happy!

Fitting was excellent & great job. Very neat & carefully put in. The spare slats & feather duster were an unexpected pleasant surprise

The lead time was exactly as estimated (3 months). THSC claim to cut out the middle-man by going direct to the manufacturer, passing the savings onto the customer. Yes, you may have to wait a little longer than alternative options, but it's totally worth it.

Danny Mullane, my designated fitter, was fantastic. Arrived on time and finished the job to the highest standard. Prior to that, Jake visited to survey the windows, answered all our questions, demo'd the product and took perfect measurements.

Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We recently had our shutters installed by Jack and Ryan who both offered exceptional services from the minute they arrived to the minute they left. Both very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. A true credit to the company. Unfortunately our windows frames are very straight but they were able to overcome this and provided a full breakdown of how best to service/clean the shutters and confirmed our warranty period.

The update through out the order from the sales team was also very good with regular updates and service.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with The Home Shutter Company. With constant communication & prompt replies throughout, our initial survey was conducted by Stefan, followed by Kyle for fitting. You could not hope to meet more conscientious, polite & generally top people. It was an absolute delight to meet met both. The blinds themselves are absolutely fabulous, stunning, sturdy & classy. They’re the best i’ve seen. If you’re a bit unsure or dithering on whether to pick The Home Shutter Company, go right ahead & do it !
