Everything from the initial appointment, ordering & fitting was first class. Only slight downside was the lead time was a little longer but this was down to the problems in the Middle East so unavoidable.

A shame that the shutters were held up for so long due to shipping problems, not your fault.
We are very pleased with the product and the team who fitted them were excellent.

We have fitted shutters to 4 windows in our very sunny loft, and find them to be excellent, especially with the blackout option. Communication with the team has been great, and the people who came to measure and fit were both professional and friendly. Very impressed with the entire process from initial visit to final installation - fully recommend the company.

The Home Shutter Company were brilliant from start to finish. Ryan who came to measure up was so helpful, professional and lovely to deal with, all the girls in the office who managed the order were super helpful too and then Danny who came to fit was brilliant - super knowledgeable and so quick at fitting. Such great people and a fantastic product. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for bespoke shutters for their home.

We have just had shutters installed on our 5 panel bay window and are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Joseph & Martin did a first class job - very professional, expert work and extremely tidy. Experienced & friendly company. Provided clear product advice. Great solid hardwood shutters and very friendly installation teams. The only issue is a lack of communication about delivery time. It took 22 weeks to deliver due to the current global logistics situation.

Really great experience! I am DELIGHTED with my 2 large bay window shutters! Very careful measuring process - over two visits - ensured my shutters fitted perfectly. I was kept informed of order progress every step of the way. Installers Harry and Will took a huge amount of trouble and care during the fitting process and they were extremely courteous and helpful throughout. Whilst it took a while of back and forth to make final decisions (that's on me!!). I love them and wish I'd got them years ago now.

Excellent service from beginning to end, with the office and with the fitters were knowledgeable and skilled as well as being polite, very careful around the house, and very easy to deal with during measuring and fitting. I was kept up to date on our order via email and phone, once the shutters were manufactured effort was made to find a date to fit as quickly as possible, the guys arrived exactly when the said they would and they worked really hard. We're really pleased with the shutters, the qualty is excellent and they look great. We also opted for the blackout blinds in the bedroom which work really well. We were also pleased with the guarantee, and the price which was very competitive. Would highly recommend.

Just had our shutters installed. We are absolutely delighted with them. The service and communication has been brilliant and right from the first meeting through to install, the teams involved have kept us up to date, every step of the way.

The shutters do take a while to be manufactured and despatched (12-15wks), but they are certainly worth the wait and are far superior to any others we looked at that quote shorter delivery times.

The guys doing the install were fast, efficient as well as very respectful and tidy. But they were also aided by the product being precision made, requiring no adjustments and quality fittings.

If you're considering having shutters installed, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Staff are so professional, received lots of good advice when i ordered the shutters which made the process really simple.
My shutters were delivered and installed yesterday, great service, Ryan, Finn, Martin & Ryan were so professional, they were fitted in under 2 hours and helped with moving of furniture to allow access. They cleaned up the work areas and i cannot fault their work ethics. the service they provided was out standing.
The Home Shutter Co are reliable, professional and would highly recommend them.

Nearly left a 4* review because of an extended delay but a war affecting shipping was hardly their fault. However, once installed it could only be 5*. Fabulous product and such a great team from survey to fitting. We had shutters fitted to a 2.4M high apex window and it looks stunning. Unlikely to be our last order from this company. If in doubt ‘go for it’ you won’t regret it !

From the first call right through to the fitting I received first class service. I was informed of delay with the shipping but that was to be expected in the current climate. Danny on the day was friendly and positive, talked through things and had such a great manner about him .

Called me before the vist and took on board points about my daughter who has life limiting conditions that I told the office about.

The ladies Hollie and Hannah in the office were friendly , helpful and supportive.

There was a delay due to shipping but kept me updated, listen to my worries around people coming in the house if been unwell etc and that was told to the fitter Danny as stated above from his phone call.

This company showed me that customer service that I thought had gone was back from start to finish .

It has taken me almost 9 years to find shutters for my little Victorian Terrace. I was told shutters wouldn’t work on my windows or they were just too expensive.
The Home Shutter Company have been excellent - from the initial contact through to the fitting, they have been friendly, courteous and very professional. Due to the war in Iran, they did take longer to arrive than expected, but communication was brilliant. Jaques, who fitted the shutters was great. He was friendly and efficient and did a top job! I have already referred two friends to the company and it’s only the afternoon!
