Shortly after, I received a prompt email notification stating, 'Your Virtual Their Perfect Gift Mastercard® Gift Card is ready! The accuracy and speed of this communication were impressive and left me genuinely delighted.

it is so easy to use i love it it’s the perfect gift for family and friends

The cards are great, the kids feel really grown up! App looks easy to use. I had some issues with the activation codes but there was an email address and the response was quick and efficient. Tanya was very helpful! So I was impressed with how they sorted it out.

These are great gift cards that can be spent anywhere, unlike others that tie you to certain shops/brands, I had a few issues, one being the delivery time, I emailed and was answered back by Tom now bare in mind it was late evening 9pm, Tom checked they had been sent and re sent 2 more just incase the originals didn't arrive, they did the next day...the 2nd issue which was more down to me, when I activated the cards the balance wasn't showing, I emailed again and this time I was answered by Tanya, she was great, emails were quicky replied to and Tanya found the solution and now my cards are up and running and the balance is showing, I would highly recommend these card and if you do have a problem the service team are straight on it, no waiting days for an answer.. thank you Tom and Tanya.

I had a few issues activating the card but the customer service over Christmas was excellent. Unfortunately my card was not personalised as ordered but the company has said they will refund because of this.

Absolute wonderful idea as gift or something special

The ordering process was easy, but the customer services (and Tom in particular) are exceptional. When my card didn't show up he was very fast to help, gave me a solution instantly, Sent another card and got me set up again. It was a Christmas present so also during what must be the busiest time of year. Would absolutely recommend.

Unfortunately the at first the card did not work. However as soon as I got in contact via email the help I received was great. Tom got the card working and was really helpful. It took less than 24 hours to fix. Really impressed.

The service is fast and secure! Great

The card keeps getting declined.
I am unable to use the card as it keeps getting declined. It sometimes works on a random basis but its impossible to know when may work.
