The system is too rigid!

If you receive two gift cards, they will not be applied to the same account, you will receive two different Mastercards. This is extremely limiting.

It's not possible to transfer from one card to the other so that you can take advantage of all your money in one purchase.

If you have a small amount left on the card, that amount is rendered completely useless.

You can't withdraw the money, you can't use your card to top up your Revolut account and you can't use it with Apple or Google wallets.

People will end up with money on their cards, they will never be able to use.

Their reasoning is money laundering laws, which is ridiculous and too lazy. Just do your due diligence and that will not be an issue.

I would not use this service to buy gifts for anyone. And do not recommend it.

At first, seems like this is the perfect gift card as it is advertised as being able to be used 'anywhere' that Mastercard is accepted. This is not the case. It does not work at most online retailers as they require 3D Secure, an extra layer of security, which is not possible with this type of card. False advertising at best. Website is littered with spelling mistakes - very strange. Oh and the help phone line has been switched off and you must email them for help, not very accessible and a massive red flag - AVOID!

Contacted the team about some expired cards and while initially it took a little while to get a response, they acted promptly and reissued the card.

Excellent support and service when I was having issues with my card

I ordered a virtual gift card where it said delivery within 1 working day on email. 2 working days have passed and nothing received. Tried to call customer service id unavailable and cut me off. Sent email to customer service and came back saying if you don't receive it let us know! But I just let you know I haven't received it!!! So now I'm minus £156.99 on my card and no gift card. Probably a scam? By tomorrow I will speak with my bank for a charge back. Appaling service !

The team helped me with an urgent update and the card was delivered on time.
