Ordering the card was easy and the card itself was delivered within a couple of days.

Unfortunately, after we gave it to him, my colleague’s wallet was stolen and the card with it. It was not yet activated and customer support was quickly able to help me cancel the original and organise a replacement. Crisis averted. Thank you!

I foolishly gave an incorrect email address when ordering a virtual gift card from theirperfectgift.co.uk causing real problems. But the Support Team were very helpful and always quick to respond, eventually the virtual gift card reached the recipient; albeit late! My fault but the Support Team were great.

Excellent service by the customer service team who resolved my queries and issues of he same day! Good product and usable across most Europe making it ideal gift for overseas friends. The only minor downside is the personalisation feature which seems a bit misleading. I thought I could upload a photo onto the credit card (which other peers do these days) but ended up printing onto a separate greeting card instead. Hence the reason for 4 stars but otherwise top notch.

Ordered a gift card on the 28th of June with a large sum of money loaded. It's now the 7th of July and my client still hasn't received anything and was promised next-day delivery. Tried contacting their support team several times but their support is nonexistent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Stressful and unnecessary

The team at theirperfectgift have been great, I had quite a complex order to sort out, and they have been on hand and very patient with me, and once all sorted the order went through in seconds and is on its way to me. Will use again and would recommend to people.

Amazing customer service when I wanted to send the gift to Ireland. Great way of giving a wedding gift without the potential of losing cash or cheque. Hopefully the couple will enjoy chosing their own gift!

I order lunch cards for the LSE Executive Education programmes and am happy with the service provided. We order with Their Perfect Gift multiple times a year and will keep on ordering from them!

A somewhat challenging "onboarding" experience . The validation process doesn't necessarily make it clear that the card has been activated - but it has been, so the process works, but the communication isn't ideal.
I have tried to use the card online at 5 different sites - all rejected. This is probably due to my not knowing what "billing address" to enter or indeed what name to use. Even though I changed all of those at activation there is no way to see what actually stored.

However, the company did reach out to me and have been very supportive in finding a way forward. I suspect the card will be better suited to in-shop purchases using good old chi & pin or contactless, which is great if you live in a country with good shops (no comment).

I cannot fault the communications in person, they have been extremely helpful, which is really refreshing. Now I just need to use the card successfully and I'll be satisfied.

I'm writing from the states and this is the second time I've used Their Perfect Gift to send a birthday gift card to someone in London. This time I mistakenly purchased 2 gift cards for the same person. It appeared that my first purchase my credit card wasn't accepted so I then quickly used another which went through quickly. To my surprise, both cards where charged.
I emailed customer service, (twice! sorry!) in a panic and explained the situation. Being a Friday evening here, I didn't expect to hear back until the following Monday due to the time difference.
To my shock, Tom replied (twice, might I add, due to my 2 emails) and fixed my problem within a short amount of time. All was resolved before the weekend even started. I don't think Tom sleeps, ever. He's there always, even to reply to my sincere thanks for taking care of my problem.
Whoever is reading this, please give him a raise.

I won an award, nothing unusual there but was given £300 of Their Perfect Gift Mastercard to use and 12 months to spend them.

As a bit of an old codger, I wasn't fully up to speed with how they worked but with the amazing support of Ellie and the Team at TheirPerfectGift and a simple explanation that they are effectively a loaded Mastercard Credit Card and can be used all over the world, I went off and booked a 3-day break in Scotland for a bit more than £300, the best bit was I used the £100 card to part pay, followed by the £200 card to part pay and paid for the rest with my VISA Card very simple as long as you are paying over the phone or face to face - little more tricky if you are using more than one card online as I had tried to do. More companies hotels and holiday booking companies need to embrace this payment method it is super good.

Had an issue with activation code that went to my junk/spam and was automatically deleted before I realised. Contacted customer services, issue resolved within 20 minutes. Card worked perfectly. Nice one.

I received this card as a present for my birthday.
I made only one purchase for 10pounds. Two weeks later I tried to buy something again.
I was not able to. I cannot log in and check the card. It shows error message.
I contacted them and they advised refresh the page and do again.
I did everything I could: used PC cleaners, cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers. Nothing worked! No money and no help!

Super product and easy to use. Why would anyone gift a card that can only be used in 1 place when you have this available?

I have had to email customer services a couple of times as I had Inadvertently locked myself out of my account a couple of times. The helpdesk have come back to me very quickly and super helpful.

I received my e-voucher for Christmas and its a very very good way to purchase gifts for yourself!!!
