This is a brilliant idea, thank you so much, I have managed to activate the cards with very little fuss.
For ease of use, my advice is to download the App, rather than using the online link, as the app is more straightforward, scanning the actual cards, and it allows you to add additional gift cards whereas the email link only allows one card.
It is a fantastic gift, I have a bunch of people this will work really well for.....that's Christmas sorted for all of my overseas relatives! Thank you, I am really delighted.

I ordered a card as a birthday gift but forgot to add in the delivery cost when I paid for it. When I received an automated message explaining this, I paid the delivery cost and emailed Customer Services to confirm and mentioned we needed the card within 4 working days because 5 working days is the standard delivery time. Received a lovely email back from Tom who sent the card Express Delivery, at no extra cost to me. But the card went astray in the post, so I got in touch again, and he then sent a second card by Tracked Delivery, free of charge, to ensure it came the next day. This service normally costs £9.99. I was very grateful and impressed. I would definitely recommend this company highly.

As the name says, it’s the perfect gift!! The original card was getting late,so they sent me a new one with express delivery! Special mention for Tom here!

I used this site to order some gift cards which were used for my work. I put in a wrong delivery address and they very kindly issued a new card out for me - waiving the new delivery fee. They were very kind and helped to get this resolved quickly. Would like to specifically mention Dhruv who was great.

It was my mistake but they were very kind and receptive in handling the issue. Would recommend to anyone. Wonderful customer service.

I had some issues with logging in, I had the SAN: and
AccCode but it was asking me for a One time Secure Code, which I did not have access too as this was a gift.
I contacted the Support and within 24 hrs they had resolved the issue, the service was quick and super friendly. Best Service I have received in a long time. I would recommend contact the Support staff for any issues you have.

Their Perfect Gift have been a brilliant solution to the challenge of rewarding international colleagues. I've sent a number of digital Mastercards globally, much to everyone's delight. The service team have been helpful and supportive to myself and others who have had questions. I'm looking forward to continuing working with them.

Great service, really quick sending it out and great that it can be used in loads more places than a standard gift card.
One thing to note is the activation email was received on the same/next day I got it in the post so if bought in advance and hand delivering probably best to use your email. Not a big deal at all and just a heads up so as not to ruin the surprise.
Ended up misplacing the card and the company were so amazing and quick to resolve it for me. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect service before and after the bought

Great idea as a gift and/or company reward. I used to get gift cards for 34 people to use up our social budget as we were unable to get together for drinks etc. Easy to use website and was surprised that the cards were delivered so quickly. Shame that the email re activation codes was sent a tad to early as the recipients hadn't received their gift cards and hence deleted these emails thinking they were "phishing emails". But this was quickly resolved by me circulating an email to then tell them that they should be expecting these in the post.

Think website should have a clearer link to customer service. I forgot my PIN number for the card and it took a lot of searching to find the contact email (which was not on the website, but I finally located on my activation email).

Turnaround for my forgotten PIN was excellent and within a day I now am able to use my card. Thank you Tom for all your assistance on this.

Would definitely use again as I think these cards are a lovely idea as you can use them anywhere.

Super fast delivery! Secure authentication code sent (separately) to activate the MasterCard gift card. Website was very easy to navigate (even on my mobile phone!) and I really liked the Open Banking Bank Transfer option as I didn’t gave to hunt for my purse or my cards, as it took me to my HSBC mobile banking app to approve the payment. Five star experience *****

Used Their Perfect gift twice, once last year and once this year, both physical cards & e-cards and the service was outstanding. We had several challenges as some cards were supposed to be sent to different countries and different currencies and they accommodated all of our requests. E-cards is way easier to use and highly recommend them!

Received as a wedding gift via work - 2019 - and still trying to get the card to work ! Now having just submitted a re-issue form but not holding my breath. Bought by work/ activated by me - no clarity on who to contact or how to re-set card errors - going around and around - for the money loaded I feel like shoving it - but why should I. Difficult / unclear / hugely unhelpful/ complicated - seriously just give them the money in a bonny envelope folks !!!!!!!

26 messages to Customer Services. Access Codes didn't work, no money on the gift cards!! Whilst Customer Services were quick to respond & deal with my issues, I was disappointed there was no explanation for all the inconvenience and no apology.
