I have been very impressed with the recent customer service experience with The IT Bay, even when issues were experienced with my order...I queried some of the details regarding a new monitor, which were all quickly answered, so I placed an order. It arrived the next day, but unfortunately had a fault. The support from Hannah was excellent throughout, and within a few days it was returned and a new one delivered....this is exactly what you want when things don't go to plan....thank you Hannah, great job!

Found a competitively priced monitor (even against Amazon), ordered 5pm yesterday and here by 2pm today. Fantastic, efficient and even a nice personal touch email with the vat invoice in my inbox. Love to support smaller businesses but often the price difference against the big online retailers can’t justify it. In this case it did, was perfect and also feel better for giving my business. Will definitely use again!

An excellent service. Brand name goods for very reasonable prices. Plus the fact they take Klarna means I could pay in 3 which really helped. Very happy with my new tv and would definitely recommend this site. All round great experience. Shipping was very quick and they kept me updated through out the whole process.

What a difference to be able to get help and advice from a real person! The new laptop has now been delivered speedily and safely, with regular updating by the carrier on delivery time.

Ordered a Dell monitor, which arrived promptly and well packed, with good information about the sales and delivery process between purchase and delivery. Cheaper than other retailers. Impressed - would recommend.

I would wholeheartedly recommend IT Bay. I purchased a Samsung 32” monitor from them. The monitor arrived the following day. However, there was a slight damage to the corner of the bezel. I contacted the IT Bay Sales Administrator, Hannah Armstrong, who could not have been more helpful. She immediately took back the damaged product and had a new replacement delivered the following day. Excellent service from an excellent company.

I bought a Lenovo refusrbished laptop from here. When it arrived the battery wasn't working and wasn't ideal.
I then had a further issue and reported this.

Whilst reluctant at first as it was over 30 days, they did refund fully with very little fuss and overall I am happy with my experience.

Hannah was very helpful and quick to respond which to me is vital. I would use again for sure.

Amazing prices on Dell monitors and super fast, safe delivery with a reputable courier company. Although I had to exchange the product for a replacement, I received first class customer support from Hannah, who was very helpful, professional and supportive. Although this was my first purchase with this supplier, I would have no hesitation in using them again.
