I have shopped for years and spent thousands, i have bought scarves all excellent, a lot of silver jewellery okay. 25 watches only 3 of them work, and have had no reply after many phone calls and letter writing. Now two bags both faulty and after 3 phone calls they were to get picked up this morning not picked up. They sell a lot if tat that ends up in the bin should be taken off the channel After sales is dreadful

Just received my 1ct Natural Champagne diamond ring and I'm over the moon with it.

Absolutely pathetic...I've written several emails called TJC Customer Care number of times and been fed LIES and EMPTY PROMISES
TJC Cust Care are OUTSOURCED do they really don't have a clue what's happening. ..I can prove it
I've been chasing for a missing item for MONTHS.... DAVID, VASH, SALLY and uncle Tom Cobly (joke) have written back with nonsensical replies and I'M STILL MISSING ITEM NUMBER 0020229576 ORDER DW2710265...HAND PAINTED BALI GOLD AND SILVER PAINTING....TJC SOLD me this item ...took.my money and not DELIVERED. I SPECIFICALLY STATED....NO REFUND when Cust care agents came back with stupid excuses
This order goes back to OCTOBER 2020....Has anyone else had these problems with TJC??

The Jewellery Channel (TJC) steals the artwork of artists and then reproduces it for their products without even bothering to seek permission from the original owners.

I bought a Ring which arrived faulty, I didn't realise there was a fine hairline crack in the stone until the light caught it. I noticed the crack in the stone after I took the label off and had only had the ring for less than 10 minutes. I decided to return it and also phone them up to let them know that I had taken the label off. I was told because I had taken the label off that I cannot return it. The ring was faulty so I should be able to return it despite the label being taken off, it's not exactly going to sell again if it's faulty!! Customer service was talking over me and not letting me express my complaint and reasoning for me wanting to return the ring.
I am very unhappy with this service. Most businesses will accept a damaged or faulty product back even if you take the package or labeling off! So why can't TJC accept a ring that is faulty, never worn and only noticed damage 10 minutes of receiving it??

Bought a columbian emeralds aaaa rare colour 1,300 gbp took it to boutique jeweler and he said the stone can be bought loose for around 300gbp as the stone is poor quality and best of all the used a gold basket to place the pavilion in to give the allusion the colour was good saturation it was a trick returned and will not use this company again they just sell the same returns over and over

I have spent a fortune with this company over the years,i asked them to replace one of the stones that had come out of my bracelet, they said they would, it cost me £28.00 this was in October, i didn't receive it back until the end of January, the stone the put in was shocking,not matched,i emailed they said for me to return it, which i did, i got a phone call accusing me, that i had it back a long time, i explained that i had sent emails asking where it was, then another email saying there jewelers says it's ok, i have emailed no answer, they have got my bracelet and my money, the standard of there jewelry as really gone down,they either break or stones fall out, then £28.00 too replace a stone,what's not even color matched,if you have a problem, there rude on the telephone, they don't answer your emails,worst customer service i no, i will never buy off this company again, like the lady says on the last review you have been warned,

I've bought some good quality jewellery from TJC in the past but over the past couple of years the standard has really gone downhill and I've found myself returning more items than I keep, racking up loads of postage costs, A few weeks back a much longer than expected business trip meant I couldn't make a return within the 30 day return period so I called customer services to explain and ask if they would make an exception and after some to-Ing and fro-ing they said yes. Upon my return I spent £9.95 sending it back. A few days later TJC sent it all back to me saying it was out of the return period. When I emailed customer services they denied ever agreeing the return; indeed they went as far as to day I never called, effectively calling me a liar. Great way to treat a loyal, repeat customer. I will never buy from TJC again.

Think carefully before you buy from there. A lot of the stuff is very bad quality and made from B grade materials. What they show on tv is not what they sell you. It looks flashy on screen.
