We would highly recommend The Loft Boys. Admin and office communication was clear and efficient at every stage from site survey to completion. The installation team worked with care, courtesy and minimum disruption throughout and we are delighted with the finished result.

From start to finish were professional
quote was clear & had options depending on budget.
Workers properly treated the area to minimise dust & disruptiom & cleared up afterwords - removing all waste.
All pleasant to desl with.

The Loft Boys provided a very smooth process and a great result. Thank you very much. Our loft is completely transformed.

Really positive experience, flexible on dates and work was completed effectively. Really nice and friendly team too!

We have a very large loft space. We found The Loft Boys' estimate very reasonable, Ricky - who prepared the estimate - listened to our requests and adjusted the job plan accordingly. The removal and installation over several days went smoothly with good time keeping and good humour. Most of all, the premises were left tidy and as clean as could be expected for such a dirty job. Overall, we were left satisfied so I am happy to recommend them

A very happy experience from the start. I was not pushed or hurried. The job was done in a timely fashion to a high standard. I would recommend The Loft Boys to other customers.

I found the whole process really streamlined from quote through to delivery. The team at Loft Boys were professional, tidy, and left the house in perfect condition once the work was complete. The loft itself is stunning, with so much more storage than we expected. Amazing service

The whole experience was great, quick efficient and exactly what we needed. From the initial consultation, the office and the team that came to the house evey step was explained, quotes were accurate and affordable, and so clean. Our loft conversion was over two days and after the first days work it was so clean you wouldn't know they had been in the loft.
All works were carried out with professionalism and respect for the property

Excellent communication throughout the process. The loft floor was installed efficiently and is just as envisaged.

Right from the survey we could see that these guys were professional and knew what they were doing. The loft clear out and installation was more of the same, great work, careful and they kept us informed on progress. They protected the landing, the stairs and the flooring, tidied up all debris and came kitted out to do the job right.
Invited me up to take a look after they had cleared out 40 years of dirt, wasp nests and cobwebs.
Amazing service from start to finish and the loft has given us so much space for storage.
We could not have asked for more and also recommended them to our neighbours.

I've insulated and boarde my loft with the loft boys. Very professional team, completed the work in the agreed timeframe and exactly as expected. Their office team is fantastic keeping you updated all the way through. I'd definitely recommend them for any loft work you have in mind!

The Loft Boys just completed a four-day installation of acoustic insulation, boarding and a loft ladder in our 140-year-old house. It is a challenging space to work in with very little headroom but the team were professional, tidy, communicative and they adhered to their estimated dates and timings. There was a miscommunication over the required asbestos survey but that was resolved quickly and the expertise of the team put my mind at ease regarding any safety risks. The ladder also had to be re-designed due to our narrow loft hatch but this didn't hold up the work and we are pleased with the alternative solution. Some paint was chipped on our landing cupboards during the work but we will ask our decorator to sort that out when he paints the new loft hatch. We now have a useable, asbestos-free loft space and the acoustic insulation has made a noticeable difference when planes go over, as well as thermally.

Hired The Loft Boys to insulate and board my loft. Very pleased with their service from initial request to survey and finally fitting. All went as planned and promised. Very clean and respectful work carried out. Definitely would recommend for your loft improvements or adaptions.

From the start to end of the project they were professional, responsive and clear on communication. Great job done on my loft installation and boarding.

From the initial survey/quote with Tom, I found the whole process very good. Scott and Nathan carried out the work, always let me know a arrival time , carried out the work to suit my needs, friendly and courteous and cleaned the area every day, I could not fault them or the work, I’m very pleased with everything .

They did a great job. Very tidy and considerate. Everyone was prompt, helpful and polite.

From beginning to end the experience from LoftBoys was second to none. From arranging with the office and the team finishing the loft boarding I was updated through the whole process. Very pleased with final result and surprised at how much space I have after 33 years in this house it’s the first time I have been in the loft as now it’s a bright, clean and accessible . My upstairs is now 1 degree warmer than rest of house without heating on. I was recommended by a friend so now two very satisfied customers. We felt very good value for money.

The service was well organised, the team helpful and keen to do a good job.

The customer service was great and work done in scheduled time (2 days) really loving the new loft space for storage. The only challenge is the door is MDF wood and they said it’s because other material wood gets warped. However the door we had before was not MDF and have been there since we purchased the property so not sure about that. I would have preferred better quality door but other than this, the space transformation was excellent.

From quotation to completion of job, really great service from all the team. Great workmanship from the fitters, adapted the loft to what we needed.
Fitters were friendly, on time, knew what they were doing & tidied up everything at the end of the day.
I highly recommend this company and will do to anyone that asks.
