This company removed our lifetime PPOM plugin licences with no explanation. We had purchased several licences for PPOM pro. They refuse to answer my emails, whilst they have the audacity to show a previous review I made for the plugin on their PPOM product page. I would avoid this company as they have no loyalty to customers.

Great support. I like their software a lot. Makes creating new Websites a great experience.

Themisle support is always excellent. Their response rate is amazing and they always sort out the problem in a really nice and helpful way. I would recommend them.

I don’t usually post responses to service support, but if I could give six stars then I would! Stefan responded to my request for help within minutes, by sending me a fix for my problem which solved it immediately. Cheers Stefan! 👍

This has been the worst experience I ever had with any vender on the internet I had used this service for a few years seemed to be ok at first then the unwanted price hikes made it hard to get any type of help once they get your money now they were renewing my $400 subscription today on the 11th and i cancelled it and wanted my money back and now they tell me i have to wait 1 year they do not give refunds back even though i cancel today the 11th and they took my money out on the 10th i cancel this monrning and they give me a lame excuse that the 7 day refund period does not count here and it said they would withdraw my funds in the 11th i feel as well as all you out there would feel the same whay that they should honor my cance4llationb today and refunf my $400 dollars they took from me yesterday on the 10th I would never recommend these thieves and would stay away fro m there scams this should have been just the 1 email and taken care of instead they respond with this crap... I will make sure all trust review platforms know about these scammers and are not trustworthy companies

I had some trouble figuring out where to input my license key. I submitted a support ticket and they got back to me quickly and helped me resolve my issue. Very happy with the customer support so far!

Wir haben uns für unseren Shop the-art-of-japan die Themeware Hestia Pro ausgesucht. Ganz einfach, weil sie super aussieht und sich diese Themeware für unsere Produkte sehr gut eignet. Wir haben schlicht und ergreifend keine bessere Themeware gefunden. In Sachen IT sind wir jedoch etwas unbedarft. In der Folge fiel uns Einrichtung des Shops via Woocommerce zusammen mit der Themeware nicht leicht. Somit haben wir das Team von Themeisle ziemlich stark beanspruchen müssen. Wir durften aber die Erfahrung machen, dass der Service und die Leistungen des Teams im Allgemeinen, und von Rodica Irodiu im Besonderen, einfach großartig sind! Für unsere Begriffe ist das absolute Spitzenklasse, herzlichen Dank dafür!

Am avut o experiență foarte bună cu Themeisle. Echipa de suport mi-a răspuns extrem de rapid și m-a ajutat eficient cu solicitarea mea, oferind explicații clare și soluții concrete.
În plus, tema este foarte ușor de utilizat și de personalizat, chiar și fără cunoștințe tehnice avansate. Interfața este intuitivă, iar opțiunile de configurare sunt bine organizate, ceea ce face procesul de creare a site-ului mult mai simplu.

Initially, I was disappointed that my single license did not cover my staging site as well as my live site. Rodica in customer service saw my woeful complaint and offerd me a temporary extra licenses during the build so I did not have to purchase more than
I needed. To be listened to and get a response and fair solution is all I could ask for. It took a stressful situation and made it a happy one

Time and time again I am continually impressed with the team at Themeisle. Regardless of the scale of support needed they are prompt, polite, and very courteous when it comes to support. I am very thankful to be doing business with this team and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at Themeisle.

Trustable company and when there is a problem they try to help as soon as possible and with succes!

I have been using Neve + Otter for years now and I created ~50 websites and online shops with this software. It is an amazing and super elastic tool to design and build whatever I want.
I see that new solutions are being introduced at least quaterly. Help desk is amazing - they solve all problems in hours patiently responding to even the simplest questions.

Rodica Irodiu from Theme Isle helped me with a problem on the Auto Post Thumbnail plugin that was not working 100%. She fixed the plugin within days. I am now able to up date my sites to the latest Wordpress version. All the plugins on my websites can now also be updated. Thanks a million. Rodica
