I purchased a Bachmann BR MK1 carriage from the Model Centre. I asked them to arrange for it to be weathered and this was done to an extremely professional level. I am always happy to recommend TMC to fellow modellers

Straight forward. Goods arrived quickly

First class service. Competitive pricing. Had a query with regards to an order, was sorted within minutes.

The website is easy to navigate, orders are sent promptly, within a day or two and prices are very reasonable especially for DCC sound models for which I have ordered a few.

Good advice but disappointed that the time estimated for fitting 2 decoders started at 2 weeks and gradually moved to 6.
Whilst appreciating that orders are kept in strict order of what arrives in first, it might be worth considering separating the more complex work so as to avoid bottlenecks.

TMC always speedy dispatch, great quality, and never need to raise issues. Perfect.

More well weathered, by them rolling stock, a few OO brake vans this time. I have in the past also bought more exotic items that they have weathered such as the Bachmann Cowans & Sheldon crane and the Rapido APT-E. Pre-sales and after sales service pleasant and responsive, questions and any, only one issue with a model resolved quickly.

I have used TMC a few times now for run of the mill buys but these guys catch me out with the flash sales and yet another purchase….. I always find their pricing competitive and coupled with quick despatch and delivery, what’s not to like.

A small but persistent problem with a purchase was solved with the greatest attention to detail from TMC. Some retailers would have given up but TMC maintained the essential trust between retailers and consumers and covered costs of returns too. Many thanks for sorting this out.

Great items and well packed !
However it took several days for Royal Mail to deliver a Tracked 24 item.
Had notifications it would be delivered on Saturday, nothing delivered, then another notification to say it would now be the sunday, which it eventually was.

Always friendly and helpful and have some great bargains. I just love the option to put purchases into the trunk until you have enough purchases for free shipping.

I ordered a Bachmann LNER G5 on Sunday 26th and arrived on Tuesday 28th in fantastic condition, runs excellent. I would recomend TMC Models to other enthusiasts, i would definetly use TMC again. Great customer service.
