I’d like to say thank you for the amazing experience we had from the mortgage brain in our home buying journey!
It was made more stressful from solicitors and stuff throughout, yet Anthony and Ian couldn’t have done any more to help us out from beginning to end and went above and beyond. Ian even called me out of hours and after we’d completed to check in, both of these and the reassurance each call gave meant so much.
Kulvi was a brilliant help to us and got us all set up and ready to go!
We’ve been in our new home now for just over a month and we feel so grateful to be here. I’d recommend the mortgage brain to anybody!
In addition Jack and Keith from an insurance perspective as well were fantastic, having further discussions with us around our protection needs and options available and really helped us getting the right policies for us.

The journey to getting our mortgage was not as straight forward and easy as we had hoped, however, this was no fault of Jake. He worked so hard to support us and took the time to really carefully go through everything which is where he found we had an unexpected error that was holding us back! If he hadn’t done this, we would not be currently celebrating getting our mortgage offer through! Absolutely fantastic and can not recommend highly enough! If we ever move again in the future, he would be our first choice without question!
