Really great experience, great staff and super experience from start to finish

I have been working with Calvin Liles at Ipswich Mortgage Centre for over 18 months due to our house purchase being stuck in a probate nightmare. This necessitated 3 separate mortgage offers. Each time Calvin was able to secure us the best rate available on the market at the time. He also secured us great buildings and life insurance. Calvin provided exceptional service and was never overly pushy or sales focused. Calvin was always on hand to give me friendly, honest, and helpful advice as we dealt with set-back after set-back and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I found Calvin to be professional and extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage market and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and will certainly be in touch when it is time for our re-mortgage.

We went to Needham Mortgage centre as our mortgage deal had expired. We needed to remortgage, consolidate some loans and also to pay off a help to buy charge on our home. John Pollard was fantastic, I cannot praise him enough. Whilst a lot of mortgage brokers work for companies, John worked for us. He had our best interests at heart and made sure we got the deal that was right for us. His knowledge and help navigated us through a process that could have been very stressful. Will definitely be going back to Needham Mortgage centre again once our current deal has expired. I would not hesitate to recommend. They are terrific!

Excellent experience of finding a mortgage, one to one personal experience by Named broker Kenton Saunders. Highly recommend used twice and I have recommended friends and family. You won’t be disappointed as he knows mortgages and how to find you the best deal.

As a first time buyer I didn't really know where to start, I contacted IPMC and was paired with Will as my adviser. We initially went through affordability on a call and Will put my mind at ease that this was the right decision for my future, he also explained all of the steps that we needed to take so I had complete faith in the process. No question was ever too silly! Will even helped me with locations as he was familiar with the areas I was looking to buy. Sadly my initial purchase fell through however as soon as I had found a new property a quick email to Will and he was on the ball straight away so it was like the process had never ended. Will was quick to respond to emails, send paperwork or call me back despite being in the midst of the pandemic. He was always super friendly and helpful. I honestly don't think I could have done the process as a first time buyer without them. I look forward to dealing with them when my fixed term is up!

We cannot highly enough commend the attention we got from Shane at Needham Mortgage Centre. Ours was a difficult case and we had been to other brokers without success.
