We used the Mortgage Centre in Felixstowe and they were excellent. Roger helped us through the process, providing us regular updates and calling to explain any questions or queries that we had. Roger completed our mortgage application with no stress on us and I know that we will be in safe hands when looking to Re-mortgage. I would recommend the Mortgage Centre as I cannot fault the service we received.

Rene made the process easy and straightforward. Her updates were regular and appreciated. She also displayed a great knowledge of products.
For a variety of reasons we have struggled to obtain conventional life insurance and previous brokers have left this is the too difficult category. René’s knowledge of alternative companies and their needs was exceptional and for the first time I have secured life insurance.
Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with them again when our fixed rate ends.

I cannot rate their service highly enough. Our house purchase wasn’t straight forward and our mortgage advisor was patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind throughout the whole process.

I was very impressed with the professional help and advice I received when using the Mortgage Centre. Would definitely recommend. My mortgage application was not straight forward but I trusted Graham throughout the whole lengthy process and am really pleased with the end product. I can't praise Sudbury Mortgage Centre enough. I needed a mortgage for a unique set of circumstances and wasn't sure I would find one. They immediately found the right mortgage and helped me throughout the entire process to completion. My conveyancing was very stressful (no fault of theirs) and Jamie and Issy helped me through this process. I'm so glad I used them because I don't think it would have completed without their help and commitment. Jamie was so professional and always acted quickly. I can't thank him enough. I'm so relieved I chose them as I'm not sure I would even have a mortgage now if I hadn't used them. Excellent service!

I bought my first property August 21; Matt was extremly organised, helpful in explaining options and gave great advice. It helps having someone who has seen all the various things that can happen with property purchases. Thanks to The Mortgage Centre (Ipswich) everything mortgage related went smoothly which got me in my property on time. I shall come to them again when my fixed period comes to an end.
