Great service received order within a couple of days of ordering. Ordered the Neem Flea Spray & Shampoo, used them straight away & seems to be working very well, all fleas gone off the dogs !

I ordered on 11th Oct and I emailed 2weeks later wondering where my order was. This was my first order.
I had no reply then the order turned up.
Quality goods, no complaints there.
If there was a hold up an email explaining that would have been helpful.

Hi there, apologies for the delay on your order- this usually only happens if stock is not available, and you can be sure everyone is scrabbling behind the scenes to get your order completed and out to you. We responded to your email on the day it was sent, and the day after to let you know the situation and how we were going to resolve it.
We also upgraded your postage to 24h to get your order to you as fast as we could. I will re-forward you these emails as we feel the 2 star review is unfair.

Quick delivery, simple to order. The product plus postage is expensive but is the same price as elsewhere

This is a really difficult review to respond to. You are saying we delivered quickly, and that the product you ordered was the same as elsewhere? The 3 star review is for average transactions, so we feel this should have been at least a 4 star review- and tbh, I'd still be replying 'what did we do wrong?' given that we exceeded expectations?
