Excellent service, speedy delivery! Got a glass for my Dad and would definitely order another one!

Very pleased with the glasses I bought for my brothers. Top quality products, top quality service.

Extremely good service cannot fault any part of the process from ordering and receiving them will be using this service from now on and recommending to friends and family

Received 2 boxes for my garden bar and I’m really impressed, 5 star service

Over the past couple months, I have placed multiple orders with The Pint Glass Company and Phil has been nothing but helpful. Really great customer service.

I’ve always had a great experience with these guys. Received a few orders over the years which have all been of really good quality and arrived in time for the occasions I needed them for. Will continue to use The Pint Glass Company in the future!

Contacted Pint Glass regarding an issue that I had, Phil phoned and resolved this straight away. Great customer service.

Order arrived with one glass defect

After 3 emails to complain I still have had no response!

Disgraceful customer service!!

Will not use again!

Ordered 3 glasses which arrived as expected. After 2 washes one of the glass’s writing and picture washed off. The other two items are fine I should add. I emailed them nearly two weeks ago to inform them of this and I’ve had no acknowledgment whatsoever. Really disappointing.

I have been using The Pint Glass Company for a few years now and i have not had a bad experience. Filling my collection has never been easier. Very professional and really focus on the end result. Would highly recommend.
