The Pipercross Shop レビュー

Just serviced my Triumph street triple 675, Found it had a piper cross foam filter in it, Service history would indicate it had done 3.5K or Max 6K, Really crap filter, does not seal correctly in airbox plus the foam outer seal is coming away, the black paint on the mesh has bubbled and come away in places and presumably gone through the motor, apparently they cost £60-70, unbelivable!!. Buy a K&N much better quality

Prestazioni identiche al filtro aria in carta originale, soldi veramente buttati via .
Non serve davvero a nulla!!!

Ordered filter and cleaning kit for my son's Scirocco for Xmas. Filter and cleaning kit arrived but cleaning kit had leaked causing a real mess. Tried to contact Pipercross twice via their online form asking for a replacement cleaning kit. No response! Then tried their info email. No response! Then tried their sales email. No response! So be warned if you have any problems with your order it will stay a problem because they just ignore you. Absolutely shocking customer service, avoid this company. This is all factual and evidence backed.

I mean, it was a nice cheap air filter, named performance air filter, however it really did the opposite, it let less air in, not more. my bike ran rich and hardly started with their ‘performance’ air filter.

I ordered a pair of air filters for my vintage motorcycle, from another seller on eBay, they arrived to be two totally different foam materials. I emailed 'the Pipercross shop' who naffed off to say they don't make them they're just a stockist not their problem, well excuse me but if they are a genuine stockist of professional products they should find it their duty to stamp out FAKES. Pipercrossshop are basically a fraud and a fake of what they profess.

Terrible customer service. I bought a filter from this company and when it arrived I was very unhappy with some damage it came with and the lack of performance or MPG increase. I asked for a refund very politely multiple times and refused each time. Do not buy from this company and save yourself from losing money!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!
This product is very poor quality- had tears in it when it arrived and the performance increase is non-existent.
I politely asked for a refund within 48 hours of receiving item and was refused multiple times.
I am now left with an unsatisfactory product and a dent in my bank account.

After a couple of recommendations i went for the panel air filter for my 2020 Ford Puma,so glad i did quick delivery, quick install car now runs so much better,MPG is back up, excellent purchase..very happy

After 5 weeks with no idea if the item has been sent finally an answer to several email enquiries, a small oversight by Pipercross but when you're half way around the world it's a little disconcerting.

my filter turned up with very promt delivery and was in a realy well packed in a real nice box the fillter is made to hi stands and looks brilliant
zakir at there customer service helped me with my order and was brilliant id defo buy from piper again 10/10
thankyou very much

Bought a 5 litre bottle of oil from this store which arrived damaged, with oil leaking everywhere.

Refund refused. Asked me to return a leaking bottle of oil?????.

Absolute arrogant customer service. Avoid these clowns at all costs!!.

I decided to buy from the official supplier, but that was a mistake. I entered my exact car details, and was offered just one product. I bought it, and clearly it was the wrong one for my car. A quick search on the appropriate car club forum shows this isn't a new issue.

The seller is refusing to pay the return postage, even though their website 'sold' me the wrong item!

I ordered the 'right' item, but after taking my money, I was told it was out of stock for two weeks.

Still no refund on either item, so now it's a PayPal dispute or a Section 75.

If you do want a Pipercross filter, there are plenty of resellers who give better advice and oddly - are a bit cheaper.

I didn't receive any emails about the filter being shipped, It just showed up one day so I was surprised when it did, great quality. Fit in the air box perfectly, looks to be a great upgrade over the factory filter.

fast delivery, 5 mins to put on, fits perfectly car breathing better !!!!
