We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with our XO Trimmer. Please understand that this trimmer is mainly used by barbers for linings and not for shaving. However, we always strive to provide a good experience and resolve any issues for our customers and we would have loved to assist you in replacing the blade. For us to do this, we recommend you contact Klarna to remove the dispute as this will hinder us from assisting you any further until this is resolved. We have also sent you a message and we hope that you reply.

Thank you for your review.
We have a very clear cancellation policy on our website. This policy is in place to ensure we send out all orders in the fastest time possible, to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, and once the order has been placed there is no window to cancel. The policy is certainly not in place to gain additional funds, but purely for operational reasons.
However we do also have a returns policy for the very few customers who have not been able to cancel. Upon return you will be given a refund.
Our customer support team do not work weekends and I can see that you have been provided with full assistance in a timely manner. I am sorry you remain dissatisfied. However you may return your item to us for a refund.

Note that we have responded to you and never refused to respond so not sure why you would state this - maybe check spam for missed replies?
