The information I received from the representative was clear and precise, he made himself available for any follow up questions I had. The process was executed as was explained and each stage of the process was done in a professional and pleasant manner by every member of the team that I dealt with.

Very smooth process, well explained and no pressure from beginning to end. Only suggestion would to move transfer of funds to the 21st century and do bank transfer instead of by cheque. That kind of money going missing in the mail is a frightening thought. Very pleased with it overall though, and I was able to negotiate what I was actually looking for. Would highly recommend!

The treatment I received was first class and I was talked through every step of the way. My transaction took a little longer than I expected due to unforeseen circumstances but I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering Equity Release.

It took ages for the money to be released and there were so many people involved that a large percentage of my money went on fees. I wasn't happy with the legal team who were allocated to me by your representative.

Good experience from start to finish, never felt I was being pushed into something or sold other products. Adviser came across as very professional and knowledgable. Error made with original quote as a wrong date of birth was used for my wife, leading us to believe we could borrow more than we actually could. Only reason for not giving 5 stars as this sort of simple error should not happen. However would recommend

I was dead against this, but as I learnt more, it all became clear and Ron Ellis explained every detail, good and bad and all questions were answered in full.The process was quite slow, so we didn't feel as if we were being pushed into anything and I am now convinced that we have done the right thing.
Ron Ellis is independent, and was thus able to advise us of various options open to us. The company also commissioned solicitors to advise and ensure that we fully understood.
I would recommend anybody to contact this company for equity release.
