The packaging was loose on one of the sample and the package smell of cloves to open. Right away, that was al haramain amber oud clove blast, not the tobacco vannille spicy I ordered. My other samples were clones/dupes as well. Better buy 2ml samples from eBay. Not going to another decant site again!

Also they don't reply to emails.

Don’t spend the money and your time with them i order ones and don’t have my parcel ordered send parcel waiting long enough to get and I disappointed of scents not what I expected

Be very careful what you order from this company.
I’ve ordered 9 samples from this company over the last few weeks, two of which (Kilian Apple Brandy and Tom Ford Amber Absolute) I’ve had to scrub off after ten minutes due to a burning sensation on my neck. If I’d have done my homework properly, I would have known that these two have been discontinued or are at least hard to get and I’ve never had a Tom Ford or Kilian burn my neck before. I’m yet to try some of the others but it doesn’t fill me with confidence. Draw your own conclusions.

I have a bottle of the genuine perfume already. I bought a 10ml bottle from this company as I thought it would be handy to have in my bag for nights out. However, what I received was certainly not genuine and very obviously a DUPE. Disappointing as it’s advertised as genuine. AVOID.

Great price for this perfume. It certainly smells authentic. Very happy with purchase. Fast delivery.

I ordered 10ml of:
Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille
Tom Ford Noir de Noir
Creed Aventus
Paid £30 for all three (half price deal) and was suspicious at the price as all of these perfumes are around £3-4 per ml / so 10ml should easily be
£30+
They couldn't sell the originals at £10 for 10ml!!
I own these fragrances and I know my fragrances.
These are 100% clones. A resemblance to the originals at best / but they are synthetic and lacking in quality - they are close enough to trick a layman / but absolutely not close enough to trick anyone with perfume knowledge.
Anyway / awful - I sent email after email after email - all ignored.
I gave them my teenage son to use in his gym back.
Awful scents

The times when it was being delivered not in the house

Service so far is fine. However scents not the same as the originals so do not believe they're genuine. Waiting to hear back from customer services.

Easy to communicate with and very attentive to their customers

I use The Scent Sampler often as it’s a good way of buying luxury perfumes in the correct size to travel with and also for trying new scents without committing ting to buying a larger bottle.
I have noticed though that the range doesn’t really change a great deal, that would be something nice to see.

I have purchased lots from this company. Buying samples is a great way to try expensive aftershave before committing to a big bottle. This company are by far the cheapest. The samples are 100% genuine and the service received is always at its best. I highly recommend them. Try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Aventus cologne is real tbf, but that’s the only one that smells real

Edit- customer service took a little while to respond, but are responsive and are offering a refund. Fair play, perhaps I received a faulty batch- nevertheless rest assured you will have good customer service.
